1. The Php 500 cash back with your EastWest foodpanda Visa Credit Card Promo (the “Promo”) will run from December 5, 2025 to January 31, 2026. (“Promo Period”) 

2. The Promo is open to all Principal Cardholders of EastWest foodpanda Visa Credit Card (the “Card”) who applied during the Promo Period and subsequently got approved, are active and in good credit standing. 

3. To qualify to receive the cash back, cardholder must make a single or accumulated retail spend of at least Php 1,000 within thirty (30) days from card activation. 

4. The cash back value to be credited to a qualified cardholder is equivalent Php 500. 

5. A cardholder may only redeem the cashback once during the Promo Period. 

6. The cash back is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or rewards points. It is treated as a credit or payment for any outstanding balance on the Card 

7. Crediting of the cash back will be within sixty (60) days after the end of the Promo Period. 

8. All questions and issues related to the Promo can be accommodated beyond the promo period but in no case beyond thirty (30) days from receiving the cash credit. 

9. All qualified and posted transactions of the Principal Cardholder, including his Supplementary Cardholder(s), will be included in the computation of the minimum accumulated spend requirement. The cash back will only be credited to the Principal Cardholder. 

10. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, rewards points, or products other than the offers indicated above. 

11. All employees of East West Banking Corp. and Delivery Hero (foodpanda) Philippines are not qualified to avail of the Promo. 

12. EastWest reserves the right to reverse the cash back credited in the event the transaction is disputed, cancelled, reversed, or found to be invalid at a later date. 

13. The Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions governing the issuance and use of EastWest foodpanda Visa Credit Card. 

14. The issuance and use of the EastWest foodpanda Visa Credit Card are subject to EastWest Bank’s credit policies. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply. 

15. In case of dispute in respect to the Promo including, but not limited to, Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage periods and fulfillment, the decision of EastWest Bank with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry shall be final. 

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
