30% OFF at Food Exchange Manila

1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.

2. Promo period is from December 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026. 

3. The Cardholder must book and pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest credit card to avail of the 30% off on buffet at Food Exchange Manila for a minimum of 2 diners, and a maximum of 10 diners per card. Discounts will be applied on total bill before applicable taxes and service charges.

4. Advance reservation is required by calling and confirming with Novotel Manila Araneta City that the Cardholder will avail of the exclusive offer. Call (02) 8990 7888 or email novotel.manilaaranetacity.restaurants@accor.com.

5. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer/s must be settled at the hotel with the Cardholder’s qualified EastWest credit card. Cardholders must present their EastWest credit card prior to payment and must inform the representative/s that they will avail of the offer.

6. Only one (1) EastWest credit card may be used to avail of the promo offer. Promo offer can be availed in a single-receipt purchase transaction only per table per visit. Splitting of transactions is not allowed.

7. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount.

8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or the person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

9. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. 11. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.

12. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Novotel Manila Araneta City shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
