Term Loan

KYC (Know Your Client) Documents

  • Filled-out Loan Application Form /Agreement
  • Two (2) Government-issued valid IDs (borrower & spouse for Sole Prop, Authorized signatories/Corp Sec for Corporations/Partnership)
  • PSA Marriage Contract or Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR)
  • Company profile

Business Documents

  • DTI or SEC Registration (Article of Inc., By-Laws, General Info Sheet & Sec Cert.)
  • Board resolution / Sec Cert. for the loan application and assignment of signatories and sureties of the corporation       
  • SALN for Partnership and Corporation
  • List of major suppliers and clients with contact person& numbers (Please fill out the attached Trade Verification Form)
  • Authorization to conduct bank verification

Financial Documents:

  • Latest AFS/ITR (comparative, BIR stamped) for the last 3 years 
  • Bank Statement/Passbook, latest 6 months of working account
  • Filled out Pre-evaluation Form
  • Interim Financial Statement

Collateral Documents

  • Photocopy of Owners’ Duplicate copy of TCT/CCT 
  • Tax Declaration for Land and Building
  • Latest Real Estate Tax Receipt (current year)
  • Lot Plan/Vicinity Map
  • Appraisal Fee Payment (non-refundable regardless of loan decision) P3,500 if within Metro Manila; P5,000.00 if outside Metro Manila

If for Construction Loan:

  • Building Plan/Specification
  • Bill of Materials


If for Take-out loan

  • Latest Statement of Account
  • Transaction History for the past 6 months

If Business is leasing:

  • Copy of Lease contracts

*Note that above are regular EEL requirements; however, credit team may require other documents deemed necessary for the evaluation of the application. ** Application will go through standard review and evaluation process.
