1. The EastWest Perks Promo with Aka and Enye by Chele Gonzalez ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit and debit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing* and Priority and Business Class Clients (“Clients”).

2. Promo period is from February 15, 2026 to January 31, 2027.

3. The Cardholder or Client must pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest credit or debit card or present his/her Business Class Virtual Access Card (“Card”) to avail of this exclusive offer at Aka and Enye by Chele Gonzalez:

• 15% OFF on total F&B bill with a minimum single receipt spend of Php 3,000 applicable for Enye by Chele Gonzalez Specials (Set Menus; available from Sunday to Thursday) and Aka Omakase (available on Thursday and Sunday with 48 hours prior reservation)

4. The offer is valid at Aka and Enye by Chele Gonzalez located at Crimson Resort and Spa Mactan.

5. Cardholders must present their EastWest card prior to ordering and/or payment and must inform the restaurant representative/s that they will avail of the offer.

6. Only one (1) EastWest card may be used to avail of the promo offer. Splitting credit card transactions to be able to avail of more than one (1) offer is not allowed.

7. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.

8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

9. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. 11. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.

12. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Aka or Enye by Chele Gonzalez shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
