Promo Mechanics
1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest Credit and Debit Cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.
2. Booking period is from February 15, 2026 to February 14, 2027. Stay period is from February 15, 2026 to February 19, 2027.
3. Blackout dates apply as follows:
December 20, 2026 to January 10, 2027
April 2-5, 2026 – Holy Week (Additional Surcharge will apply)
4. EastWest Bank cardholders are entitled to enjoy 50% OFF on Room Accommodation based on Published Rate and 10% OFF on a la carte dining menu with a minimum spend of Php 1,000 per single-receipt transaction

5. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must call or email the resort/hotel to book their stay and pay the reservation fee or full amount online using the payment link provided by the resort/hotel using their participating EastWest Bank Credit or Debit Card at Charlie’s El Nido within the Promo Period.
6. To avail the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must advise the restaurant staff that they will be using their participating EastWest Bank Credit/Debit Card at the restaurant.
7. The Dining Promo is applicable to both check-in and outside guests.
8. The Cardholder must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail the discount. Proof of card ownership might be requested for verification.
9. To qualify for the Dining Promo, the Cardholder must meet the minimum spend requirement of Php 1,000.00.
10. The Promo is applicable for dine-in/take-out transaction only.
11. Cardholders who are also checked-in must settle the bill after they dine-in. Offer cannot be applied when it’s charged to hotel room.
12. For cancellation and modification of booking, Charlie’s El Nido or any affiliated establishments policy will be followed.
13. The Promo is not applicable on payments for banquet sales, private functions and parties. Private Dining room consumable rate is not part of the promo.
14. Rebooking is valid within the promo stay period.
15. All incident charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel or any affiliated establishments where the charges were occurred.
16. Advance reservation and pre-payment are required, non-refundable, and non-cancellable.

18. Rate is inclusive of service charge and applicable government taxes.
19. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
20. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, other services, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
21. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. 22. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit and Debit Cards shall apply.
23. General Hotel terms and conditions apply.
24. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Charlie’s El Nido shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
