•    Payroll Assist Plus — an outsourced payroll processing and HR management service, allowing businesses to entrust payroll operations to authorized bank personnel for greater efficiency and control.
•    Bulk Fund Transfer via EasyBiz - for simple, and immediate crediting of computed salaries, you may use our Bulk Fund Transfer service via EasyBiz.
 

Step 1 — Visit the nearest EastWest (EW) Store
A Relationship Officer will guide you through the process.

Step 2 — Open a Corporate Account 
Prepare standard corporate requirements, such as:

• SEC Certificate of Registration
• Articles of Incorporation / Partnership
• By‑Laws
• Board/Partnership Resolution authorizing account opening & signatories
• Valid IDs of signatories and representatives
• Business Permit
• TIN & BIR Registration

Step 3 — Submit the required enrollment documents
To activate your EastWest Payroll, you must submit:

• EasyBiz Customer Set‑up Form (CSF)
• Payroll Service Enrollment Form
• CDC — Certificate of Documents Custody
• Board Resolution / SEC Certificate for Corporations (as applicable)

EastWest offers three bundle options supported by separate partners:

1. Payroll Bundle with HRIS — powered by Filipay
2. Payroll Bundle with Insurance — under EastWest Ageas Insurance
3. Combined Bundle — HRIS (Filipay) + Insurance (EastWest Ageas Insurance)

Important: You must have an existing EastWest Payroll to qualify for any Payroll Bundle.

1. Visit an EastWest Store and express interest in the Payroll Bundle.
2. Ensure you have an existing EastWest Payroll (or enroll first).
3. Submit all required documents, including:
      • EasyBiz Customer Set‑up Form (CSF)
      • Payroll Service Enrollment Form
      • Payroll Bundle Enrollment Form with T&Cs
      • CDC — Certificate of Documents Custody
      • Board Resolution / SEC Certificate for Corporations (as applicable)
4. Choose your bundle: HRIS (Filipay), Insurance (EastWest Ageas Insurance), or Combined.
5. Upon approval, EastWest and partners will coordinate setup and onboarding.
