Promo Mechanics

1. The promo is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.

2. Promo period runs until December 31, 2026

3. These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through the OTAMIGO Website unless specified otherwise.

4. Payment must be made using an eligible EastWest credit card to complete the booking.

5. All hotel reservations must be made exclusively through the OTAMIGO Website: https://www.otamigo.com/eastwest.

6. Cardholders may complete their booking by following the standard OTAMIGO booking process:

  • Visit the OTAMIGO Website.
  • Using the Quick Search Box, select the desired location or hotel name, check-in and check-out dates, number of rooms, number of occupants (adults and children), and nationality.
  • Click SEARCH.
  • The system will display all available hotels that match the search parameters.
  • Cardholders may sort results by Recommendation, Hotel Name, or Price, and may also use available filters such as Hotel Name Contains (keyword), Star Rating, Guest Rating, Price Range, and Location.
  • Select the preferred hotel and click BOOK.
  • Review the hotel details, photos, location map, room types, room plans, hotel policy, facilities, and other relevant information.
  • Select the preferred room type and room plan, then click BOOK.
  • Cardholder to fill up the necessary booking details including the BIN then before clicking confirm book.
  • Cardholder must use any of their EastWest Credit Card and input their first 6 digits under the BIN to proceed with the booking. Full payment is required prior to check-in.
  • Complete the Reservation Form, select the preferred payment method, and click CONFIRM BOOKING.
  • The system will redirect to the Online Payment Gateway. Upon successful payment, a confirmation page will appear, signifying that the booking is confirmed.
  • A Booking Confirmation Voucher will be sent to the Cardholder’s registered email address.
  • The Cardholder must present their booking confirmation voucher along with a valid ID upon check-in

7. Each Room Type or Room Plan carries its own Cancellation Policy, which is displayed at the time of booking and on the Booking Confirmation Voucher. The Cardholder is responsible for reviewing the applicable Cancellation Policy prior to confirming the reservation.

8. To cancel a booking, the Cardholder must visit https://www.otamigo.com/eastwest, click MANAGE BOOKINGS, enter the Booking Reference Number and email address, and click SEARCH. The system will display the booking and the Cardholder may click CANCEL to proceed.

9. A cancellation confirmation email will be sent once the booking has been successfully cancelled.

10. Refunds for cancelled transactions are subject to Otamigo’s Cancellation Policy.

11. Exclusive Otamigo partner hotel offers from February 15 to April 30, 2026:

  • Booking period is from February 15, 2026 – April 30, 2026
  • Stay period is from February 15, 2026 – June 30, 2026
  • Peak season rates shall apply with a surcharge of PHP 1,000 per room per night which applies for stay during these period:
    1. Chinese New Year – February 14 to March 22, 2026
    2. Holy Week - March 28- April 5, 2026 
    3. Labor Day - May 1-3, 2026
    4. Independence Day - Jun 12-14, 2026
  • Complimentary one (1) night stay for a minimum of one (1) paid overnight stay at the following properties:

  • Child Policy: 11 years old & below, free as long as sharing bed with adults. Children 12 years old and above are considered adults.
    • The promo is valid once per booking only, regardless of the total number of nights booked
    • Standard booking, cancellation, and no-show policies apply.

12. Hotel policies regarding check-in requirements, guest identification, security deposits, surcharges, and other hotel-imposed guidelines shall apply and must be settled by the Cardholder.

13. Offers, rates, hotel conditions, and hotel policies are provided and managed by OTAMIGO and the participating hotels. EastWest makes no representation for OTAMIGO or the hotels.

14. Issues related to OTAMIGO transactions should be directed to OTAMIGO and will be resolved by OTAMIGO.

15. Offer cannot be combined with any other promo and is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash or gift certificates, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable unless otherwise specified.

16. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens/persons with disability can avail of the establishment’s offered discount or the 20% discount provided herein, whichever is higher and more favorable. In cases where the person with disability is also a senior citizen entitled to a 20% discount under his/her valid senior citizen identification card (ID), the person with disability shall use either his/her PWD ID Card or Senior Citizen ID card to avail of the 20% discount

17. By proceeding with the booking, the Cardholder acknowledges that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

18. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.

19. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the offer shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the offer, the decision of EastWest and OTAMIGO shall be final with the approval of DTI.

 

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
