1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest Credit Cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.

2. Booking period is from November 1, 2026 to May 30, 2027. Stay period is from November 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027.

3. EastWest Bank Cardholders are entitled to 10% OFF on accommodation based on Flexible Rates and 10% OFF on dining with Sandy Beach Hospitality.

• Pre-payment is required at the time of booking.

5. Dining Terms and Conditions:

• Available only for dine-in and take-out
• Valid for a la carte orders only
• Minimum purchase of Php 500 is required to avail of the discount

6. General Terms and Conditions for Hotel Stays: 

- Room availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking, and reservations should be made at least 3 days in advance

- Rates are in Philippine Peso, inclusive of tax and service charge

- Offer is non-commissionable, subject to change without prior notice

- Valid for new bookings only

- Standard hotel terms and conditions apply

7. No Show, Modification and Cancellation:

- Free cancellation 7 days prior to arrival date

- Late cancellations or reductions in the number of guaranteed rooms shall be charged in full, equivalent to the total room nights reserved

- Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as no-show and will be charged for the entire length of stay

9. All incident charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled by the guest upon checkout at the resort/hotel where the charges occurred.

10. In the purchase of goods and services on promotional discount, Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability may avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

11. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, other services, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

12. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. 13. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.

All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the Promo, the decision of EastWest and Sandy Beach Hospitality shall be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the Promo mechanics and DTI rules and regulations, without prejudice to the Cardholder's right to seek further recourse under applicable laws and regulations.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, those not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
