Up to 30% Savings at Malagos Garden Resort

1. The EastWest Perks Promo with Malagos Garden Resort ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.

2. Booking period is from November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2027. Stay period for room booking is from November 2, 2026 to November 30, 2027. Offers are not valid on the following blackout dates: December 24-25, 31, 2026 to January 1, 2027; Holy Week 2027; and Kadayawan Week.

3. EastWest Bank Cardholders are entitled to these offers: 

• 30% OFF on all rooms based on Published Rates
• 10% OFF on total F&B bill with a minimum single receipt spend of Php 3,000 at Viewdeck Café and Koi Café (valid for in-house and walk-in guests)
• Php 849 instead of Php 999 per head during the weekend lunch buffet at the Corral Pavilion 
• 10% OFF on Chocolate Spa services

4. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must call or email Malagos Garden Resort to book their stay and pay the full amount in a single receipt using their participating EastWest Credit Card. Valid for direct bookings only. Intent to avail of the offer must be declared upon reservation. The Cardholder will settle his/her payment through manual transaction at the resort upon check in.

5. The Cardholder must present their EastWest Card and valid ID upon check-in.

6. Child policy, rebooking, and cancellation terms follow standard resort policies.

7. All incident charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort or any affiliated establishments where the charges occurred. 

8. In the purchase of goods and services on promotional discount, Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability may avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

9. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, other services, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including these terms and conditions. 11. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply. 

12. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Malagos Garden Resort shall be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the promo mechanics and DTI rules and regulations, without prejudice to the Cardholder's right to seek further recourse under applicable laws and regulations.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
