Seda Hotel discounts with EastWest cards

1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit and debit cardholders ("Cardholders") in good credit standing*.

2. The booking period is from November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2027. The stay period is from November 2, 2026 until November 30, 2027. This offer is valid for bookings and stays made within the specified promotional period only.

3. The promo is not valid during blackout dates, including but not limited to holidays, peak periods, and special events.

4. This offer is exclusive to EastWest Bank cardholders and is valid only when payment is made using an eligible EastWest Bank card. 

• 10% OFF based on Flexible Rates on rooms (late check-out is subject to availability and property restrictions). 

• 20% OFF on food and beverages, excluding in-room dining (IRD), minibar, events/banquets, and alcoholic drinks. The discount is non-combinable with other offers or discount privileges.

5. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must call or email the hotel to book their stay and settle payment using the payment link provided by the hotel using their participating EastWest Bank credit or debit card.

6. The Promo is not applicable to extensions of stay. Any changes to bookings must be made directly through Seda Hotels and are subject to availability, applicable rate differences, and prevailing hotel policies.

7. The Cardholder must present the same EastWest Bank credit or debit card used for booking upon check-in.

8. All incidental charges not included in the offers must be settled at Seda Hotels using the Cardholder’s qualified EastWest credit/debit card.

9. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, packages, corporate rates, or Seda Edge member rates. 

10. If prepayment is selected upon booking, the reservation shall be considered non-refundable. Rebooking may be allowed subject to room availability, applicable rate differences, and prevailing hotel policies at the time of rebooking.

11. Seda Hotels’ standard rebooking, cancellation, and no-show policies shall apply. The registered card will only be charged in the following instances:

1. Prepaid bookings (if applicable)
2. Late cancellation
3. No-show

12. All rates are subject to applicable taxes, service charges, and government-imposed fees. 

13. In the purchase of goods and services at a promotional discount, the senior citizen or the person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

14. The offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

15. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. 16.Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit and Debit Cards shall apply.

17. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the Promo, the decision of EastWest and Seda Hotels shall be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the promo mechanics conclusive with approval of and DTI rules and regulations, without prejudice to the Cardholder's right to seek further recourse under applicable laws and regulations.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
