What is the EastWest BizHealth Bundle?
The EastWest BizHealth Bundle is a bundled business banking and payment solution designed specifically for licensed healthcare professionals who are starting or operating their own practice.

For new-to-bank clients, the bundle combines a BizAccess Account with TayoCash QRPH. Existing EastWest clients with an eligible account may enroll in TayoCash QRPH and enjoy the exclusive discounted transaction fee.

Who Can Enjoy the Special TayoCash Pricing?
The special TayoCash pricing is exclusively available to Individual Health Practitioners—licensed healthcare professionals registered with the PRC who practice independently under their own name. This may include practices or businesses registered directly under the practitioner’s personal name.

Healthcare establishments and group practices registered under a separate business, clinic, or trade name are not eligible for the special pricing and will be subject to standard TayoCash pricing. This includes practices that:

• Operate under a separate clinic, center, corporate, or trade name
• Are registered as a business entity distinct from the individual practitioner
• Employ staff such as nurses, receptionists, or medical technologists
• Maintain a fixed clinic location with signage and operating hours
• Issue institutional billing for consultations, procedures, laboratory services, or similar offerings

How much is the TayoCash transaction fee under the BizHealth Bundle?
Eligible BizHealth clients enjoy a special P10.00 transaction fee compared with the regular P15 transaction fee.

What is TayoCash QRPH?
TayoCash QRPH allows your practice to accept digital payments from patients using QRPH.

It provides tools to help you monitor and manage your collections, including real-time transaction notifications, a Merchant Portal, and collection reports.

How will I know when a patient has paid?
TayoCash provides real-time transaction notifications through SMS and email, allowing you to receive payment updates as transactions are completed.

Can I monitor my collections?
Yes. The TayoCash Merchant Portal provides real-time transaction updates and reports to help you monitor your collections.

I already have an EastWest account, can I avail of the BizHealth Bundle?
If you already have an eligible EastWest deposit account, you may enroll in TayoCash QRPH and enjoy the exclusive BizHealth transaction fee, subject to eligibility requirements.

Do existing EastWest clients need to open another account?
If you are an existing EastWest client holding an individual deposit account, or any other corporate account, and meet the eligibility requirements of this program – you may sign up to TayoCash QRPH and enjoy exclusive rates.

What will eligible EastWest clients get? 
Eligible clients who enroll in TayoCash through the BizHealth offer can enjoy the ₱10 transaction fee for transactions above ₱500, along with TayoCash QRPH features such as the QR code, Merchant Portal, real-time notifications, and collection reports.

How does BizAccess help me manage my practice?

Can I verify TayoCash transactions?
Yes. TayoCash includes a Transaction Verifier through Tayo Trust, providing an additional way to verify transactions.
