General Terms and Conditions

1. The EastWest KKB Apply, Spend, and Get Rewarded Promo (the “Promo”) shall run from October 9 to October 15, 2026 (the “Promo Period”).

2. The Promo is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Filipino citizens or residents of the Philippines;
• Twenty-one (21) to sixty-four (64) years old;
• Do not have an existing principal EastWest Credit Card at the time of application;
• Successfully apply for an EastWest Credit Card through the designated link posted in the Kaskasan Buddies (KKB) Facebook Group during the Promo Period;
• Obtain an approval for an eligible EastWest Credit Card;
• Successfully activate the approved EastWest credit card from October 9 to November 30, 2026;
• Register for the Promo from October 9 to November 30, 2026 through www.ewlend.com/2026EWKKBASRPromo; and
• Use the activated card to make an accumulated spend of Php 5,000 from October 15 to December 31, 2026 (the “Spend Period”).

3. Employees of EastWest Bank, its affiliates, agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo.

Eligible Credit Cards

The Promo applies to all principal EastWest Credit Cards available for new-to-bank acquisition during the Promo Period, subject to EastWest Bank's credit policies, approval processes, and product availability.

Qualification for the eGC Reward

1. To qualify for the Promo, an applicant must:

• Apply for an EastWest Credit Card through the designated link posted in the KKB Facebook Group during the Promo Period;
• Obtain approval for an eligible EastWest Credit Card;
• Successfully activate the approved EastWest credit card from October 9 to November 30, 2026;
• Register for the Promo from October 9 to November 30, 2026 through www.ewlend.com/2026EWKKBASRPromo; and
• Use the activated card to make an accumulated spend of Php 5,000 during the Spend Period. 

2. Spend exclusions:

• Cash advances made via ATM or over-the-counter and cash in to load e-wallets/prepaid cards such as Maya, money transfers or any similar transactions;
• Any type of Bills Payment such as Auto Charge, Charge-on-Demand, utility or recurring bills, loan payments and the like;
• Transactions from casinos or from merchants engaged in betting or gambling; 
• Transactions from stock trading, foreign exchange trading, financial trading services, remittance and the like; and
• Insta-cash and Balance Transfer transactions. 

3. Qualified Cardholders who satisfy all the requirements stated above shall receive a Giftaway E-voucher amounting to Php 2,000 (the “Promo Reward”).

4. Only the principal Cardholder shall be eligible for the Promo Reward.

5. A qualified Cardholder may receive the Promo Reward only once under the Promo regardless of the number of applications submitted or cards approved.

Reward Crediting

 1. The Promo Reward shall be sent to the qualified Cardholder’s registered mobile number on January 22, 2027.

2. Each Giftaway eGift code shall be valid for sixty (60) days from the crediting date and should be redeemed within the said period.  Each Giftaway eGift code may only be used once. For questions or clarifications on the use of Giftaway eGift, Cardholders may e-mail Giftaway Philippines at support@giftaway.ph.

3. All terms and conditions relating to the use of Universal Giftaway eGCs redemption indicated in the Giftaway redemption portal shall apply. Any dispute related to the use of the Universal Giftaway eGCs shall be coursed through the chosen merchant.

4. EastWest shall have the right to certify eligibility of the Cardholder and determine whether the account satisfies the criteria set in these Promo mechanics.

General Provisions

1. By joining the Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to these Promo mechanics. 

2. The issuance and use of EastWest Credit Cards shall remain subject to EastWest Bank's credit policies and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards. Such terms and conditions are incorporated herein by reference and form an integral part of these Promo mechanics.

3. EastWest reserves the right to verify and validate all applications and supporting information submitted in relation to this Promo.

4. EastWest may disqualify any participant found to have violated these Promo mechanics or whose application contains incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or misleading information.

5. Subject to the Data Privacy Act of 2012, qualified Cardholders authorize EastWest Bank to collect, process, and use their personal information for purposes related to the administration of the Promo. 

6. All questions or disputes regarding a Cardholder's eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest Bank within reasonable time. 
 

In case of disputes relating to the Promo, the decision of EastWest Bank shall be final and conclusive with the concurrence of DTI.
