10% savings at Malagos Homegrown Café

1. The EastWest Perks Promo with Malagos Homegrown Café ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.

2. Promo period is from November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2027.

3. The Cardholder must pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest credit card to avail of this offer:

• 10% OFF on total food and beverage bill with a minimum single receipt spend of Php 3,000

4. Service charge and applicable taxes are excluded from the discount computation. All other fees pertaining to the transaction, such as service charges, delivery fees, and other applicable taxes will be shouldered by the Cardholder.

5. Cardholders must present their EastWest credit card prior to ordering and/or payment and must inform the restaurant representative/s that they will avail of the offer.

6. Only one (1) EastWest credit card may be used to avail of the promo offer. Splitting of credit card transactions to be able to avail of more than one (1) offer is not allowed.

7. Issues related to the Malagos Homegrown Café transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Malagos Homegrown Café.

8. EastWest makes no representation for Malagos Homegrown Café, and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to Malagos Homegrown Café.

9. In the purchase of goods and services on promotional discount, Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability may avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

10. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, other services, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

11. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including these terms and conditions. 12. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.

13. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Malagos Homegrown Café shall be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the promo mechanics and DTI rules and regulations, without prejudice to the Cardholder's right to seek further recourse under applicable laws and regulations.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
