1. The EastWest Perks Promo with Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.

2. Booking period is from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027. Stay period for room booking is from October 2, 2026 to October 31, 2027. Room offer is not valid on the following blackout dates: long weekends and holidays.

3. EastWest Bank Cardholders are entitled to these offers: 

• 25% OFF on all rooms and casas based on Published Rates (valid from Sunday to Thursday)
• 10% OFF on day tour packages (valid daily)
• 10% OFF on total bill for a minimum single-receipt dine-in spend of Php 2,500 at Kusina ni Nanay Maria, La Bella Teodora, and Café del Rio restaurants (valid daily)

4. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must call or email Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar to book their stay and pay the full amount in a single receipt using their participating EastWest Credit Card. Valid for direct bookings only. Intent to avail of the offer must be declared upon reservation. Full payment is required upon booking. The Cardholder will accomplish a credit card authorization form that will be sent by the property to process the payment.

5. The Cardholder must present their EastWest Card and valid ID upon check-in.

6. Child policy, rebooking, and cancellation terms follow standard resort policies.

All incident charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort or any affiliated establishments where the charges occurred. 

8. In the purchase of goods and services on promotional discount, Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability may avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

9. The Promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, other services, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including these terms and conditions. 11. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply. 

12. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar shall be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the promo mechanics and DTI rules and regulations, without prejudice to the Cardholder's right to seek further recourse under applicable laws and regulations.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
