- Premium Economy Class may not be available on all flight segments. Where passengers choose to switch their booking after ticket issuance to a flight not offering Premium Economy Class. Economy class seat will be offered without any fare refund.
- Rebooking: rebooking fees apply for travel date and flight changes on the same route, subject to ticket validity and any applicable taxes or fare differences. Please refer to 'fare conditions' during booking.
- No-show: no-show fees apply and vary by booking class, please refer to 'fare conditions' during booking.
- Refund: Cancellation fees apply and vary by booking class, please refer to 'fare conditions' during booking.
- Asia Miles accrual: the exact number of Asia Miles earned for a flight will appear during the booking process.
- Child fare / Infant with seat: 75% of adult fare applies.
- Infant without seat: 10% of adult fare applies.
- All sectors must be confirmed upon ticket issuance. Economy class (Q), Premium Economy (E) and Business (I).
- Tickets are non-transferable and name change is not permitted
- Tickets must be used in sequence. If the first outbound sector is not utilised, the rest of the itinerary is automatically cancelled.
- Fees for services and baggage of codeshare flights may be different from Cathay Pacific Airways, including on HK Express codeshare flights. Please consult the operating carrier's website for information on their optional fees and services.

- Cardholders must use their EastWest credit card as the payment method for booking.
- The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, menu bundles, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
- In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
