Promo Mechanics

1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.

2. Booking period is until December 31, 2026. Stay period is until January 5, 2027.

3. Blackout dates apply (see Annex A).

4. The Cardholder must book and pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest credit card to avail of the Exclusive rates / package with perks bookable via www.thehenryhotel.com using promo code: EWMeetsHenry.

5. Rates are applicable for individual reservations only and may not be applied to group bookings.

6. The promo is not applicable for extensions of stay.

7. Full payment is required upon booking. The Cardholder will settle his/her payment through a secured online payment link that will be sent by property. For inquiries or direct bookings, please contact The Henry Hotels and Resorts.

8. All incidental charges not included in the offers must be settled at property with the Cardholder’s qualified EastWest credit card.

9. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discounts.

10. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

11. The Henry Hotels and Resorts standard re-booking, cancellation, and no-show policies will apply.

12. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. For any concern, inquiry on the promo or concerns on the EastWest Credit Card Card account or Cardholder's eligibility, Cardholders may contact EastWest's 24-Hour Customer Hotline at (+632) 8888-1700 or e-mail cards@eastwestbanker.com.

13. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.

14. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and The Henry Hotels and Resorts shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

 

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
