Promo Mechanics

A. Terms and Conditions – Astoria Greenbelt, Astoria Palawan, Astoria Current, Astoria Plaza, and Astoria Boracay

  1. The promo is open to all active EastWest credit cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.
  2. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless specified otherwise.
  3. Payment must be made using an eligible EastWest credit card to avail of the offer.
  4. Booking period: August 8, 2025 to July 30, 2026
  5. Stay period: August 9, 2025 to October 31, 2026
  6. The promo is not valid during peak season:
    • Christmas and New Year Season: December 23, 2025 to January 2, 2026
    • Chinese New Year Season: February 14 to 22, 2026 (for Astoria Palawan, Astoria Current, and Astoria Boracay only)
    • Holy Week: April 2 to 5, 2026

  8. Rates are based on single or twin sharing accommodation.
  9. There is no minimum length of stay required.
  10. All guestrooms are strictly non-smoking.
  11. Standard check-in time for Astoria Current, Astoria Boracay, and Astoria Palawan, and Astoria Greenbelt is 2:00 PM, while standard check-in time for Astoria Plaza is 3:00 PM. Standard check-out time for all properties is 12:00 PM. Request for early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and applicable charges.
  12. Prior reservation is required, and the cardholder shall be duly informed in advance if his/her desired booking period is unavailable. The cardholder may choose to book during a different alternate available period.

  14. All guests are required to present their valid government-issued IDs upon check-in.
  15. Offer cannot be combined with any other promo and is non-transferrable, non-convertible to cash or gift certificates, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
  16. Offer is valid for a maximum of 3 rooms per booking.
  17. Room rates include overnight accommodation, breakfast for 2 persons, and taxes. Extra person charge, room upgrade, food and beverage orders, and other incidentals incurred will be on cardholder’s personal account and must be settled upon purchase at the property.
  18. Full payment is required at the time of booking using an eligible EastWest credit card.
  19. Except during peak seasons, the same promo rate per night applies if the EastWest Bank cardholders extend their stay.
  20. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos and discounts of EastWest Bank, Astoria Hotels and Resorts, Astoria Vacation and Leisure Club, Inc., and Stellar Vacation Club.
  21. In case of cancellation due to force majeure, reservation may be rebooked within six (6) months.
  22. Only one amendment per booking is permitted. Furthermore, it must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a no-show administration charge. A flat rescheduling fee of P1,000 applies and will be charged to the card used to process the booking.
  23. In the purchase of goods and services which are on DTI-approved promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
  24. Issues related to the Astoria transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Astoria.
  25. EastWest makes no representation for Astoria and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.
