Promo Mechanics
1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Credit Cards (“Cardholder/s”) in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from May 15 to November 15, 2026.
3. To avail of the promo, the Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his/her qualified EastWest credit card during the promo period.
4. Booking period: May 15 to November 15, 2026
5. Stay period: May 16 to December 31, 2026

- 15% OFF at Mesclun Restaurant + Café, available daily

8. Room Accommodation Other Terms and Conditions:
- Prior reservation is required.
- The promo is non-cancelable, non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
- Rebooking is only allowed once but must be made 1 week before the desired check-in date of the initial reservation.
- All incidental charges are not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the resort/hotel.
- Discount will be applied upon the presentation of the eligible card for payment. Failure to present the card will result in the forfeiture of the special rates, and standard room rates will apply.
- General terms and conditions of the property applies.
9. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
11. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
12. Issues related to the Ascott Makati and Somerset Millennium Makati transaction/s should be directed to and will be resolved by Ascott Makati and Somerset Millennium Makati.
13. EastWest makes no representation for Ascott Makati and Somerset Millennium Makati and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to Ascott Makati and Somerset Millennium Makati.
14. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

16. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.
17. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Ascott Makati and Somerset Millennium Makati shall be conclusive with the concurrence of DTI.
* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
