1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit and debit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.

2. Booking period is from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. Stay period is until April 5, 2027.

• 30% OFF on rooms based on Published Rates 
• 10% OFF on Bowling, Billiards, Table Tennis and KTV at Salon De Recreo

5. Promo is valid on weekdays only, from Monday to Thursday

6. Rates are applicable for individual reservations only and may not be applied to group bookings. 

7. The promo is not applicable for extensions of stay.

9. The Cardholder must present the same EastWest credit/debit card used for booking upon check-in.

10. All incidental charges not included in the offers must be settled at Alta D’ Tagaytay with the Cardholder’s qualified EastWest credit/debit card. 

11. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discounts.

12. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or the person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

13. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

14. Alta D’ Tagaytay standard re-booking, cancellation, and no-show policies will apply.

15. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. 16. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit and Debit Cards shall apply.

17. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Alta D’ Tagaytay shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
