Promo Mechanics
1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit and debit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027. Stay period is until April 7, 2027.
3. Blackout dates apply on all public, legal & regular holidays.
4. The Cardholder must book and pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest credit/debit card to avail of the following:
- 15% OFF on rooms
- 15% OFF on massage spa treatments
5. Promo is only valid for room only accommodations and a la carte spa treatments.
6. A reservation is required at least 7 days before the preferred stay date.
7. A reservation is required at least 3 days before the preferred spa treatment date.
8. To avail the promo, the cardholder must call or email the hotel to book their stay or spa treatment and pay in full amount using the payment link provided by the hotel using their participating EastWest Bank credit or debit Card.

9. The promo is not applicable for extensions of stay.
10. The Cardholder must present the same EastWest Bank credit or debit card used for booking upon check-in.
11. All incidental charges not included in the offers must be settled at Nurture Wellness Village with the Cardholder’s qualified EastWest credit/debit card.
12. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discounts.
13. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or the person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
14. Offers are non-transferable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
15. Nurture Wellness Village standard re-booking, cancellation, and no-show policies will apply.
16. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. For any concern, inquiry on the promo or concerns on the EastWest Credit/Debit Card account or Cardholder's eligibility, Cardholders may contact EastWest's 24-Hour Customer Hotline at (+632) 8888-1700 or e-mail cards@eastwestbanker.com.
17. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit and Debit Cards shall apply.
18. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Nurture Wellness Village shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
