Visa Concierge Dining Offers

The promo is open to EastWest Visa credit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing. Cardholders in good credit standing are those with EastWest Visa credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Visa credit cards.

Terms and Conditions:

Ironplate

1. Blackout dates include the eve nights of public holidays, public holidays, and during private events.

2. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.

3. The privilege can be redeemed by making the reservation through Visa Concierge.*

Born

1. Dress code is required as smart casual. Gentlemen must wear long pants and covered shoes.

2. No shows, cancellations or changes of date made within 48 hours to the reservation date itself will result in the forfeiture of $210 per person via credit card authorisation hold. Aspire Lifestyles concierge team will share the customer’s credit card details for authorisation hold at the point of booking. 

3. Should the diner wish to BYO wine, sake or champagne. Our corkage policy is 1-for-1 or charge of S$120++ per bottle, limited to 75cl. 

4. The restaurant will hold your table for 30 minutes after the original booking time. The customer or the Aspire Lifestyles Concierge is advised to inform in advance if there’s any changes/updates to the reservation timing.

5. The minimum age requirement for diner is 12 years old. 

6. No outside food and drinks are allowed in the restaurant.

7. Reservations are subject to availability. 

8. Aspire Lifestyles benefit does not apply to 6-course Experience Menu.

9. An offer applies only for the reservations made via Visa Concierge.* 

10. Booking confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking. 

11. Credit card details may be required to confirm the reservation.

YongFoo Élite

1. Reservation via Visa Concierge is required 72 hours in advance.

2. All Visa cards are accepted with no surcharge.

3. The privilege can be redeemed by making the reservation through Visa Concierge.*

4. Offer is not valid for walk-in customers.

Eat and Cook

1. A week in advance reservation is required. Offer is not applicable on Mondays.

2. Type of complimentary drink will be determined by the restaurant; non-alcoholic alternatives will be offered to guests who do not consume alcohol.

3. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers, promotions, vouchers and/or privilege cards.

4. The privilege can be redeemed by making the reservation through Visa Concierge.*

5. Offer is not valid for walk-in customers.

Akira Back

1. Blackout dates: December 15, 2024 to January 1, 2025, December 15, 2025 to January 1, 2026

2. Reservation must be made 7 days prior to arrival date, table guaranteed.

3. A minimum spend will be required for private dining room reservations, depending on the private dining room type.

4. The privilege can be redeemed by making the reservation through Visa Concierge.*
