5. Splitting of transactions is not allowed.

6. Only one (1) qualified EastWest Mastercard Credit Card may be used per single-receipt transaction.

7. The offer is for dine-in transactions only. Beverages are excluded from the promo’s spend requirement.

8. The Promo offer is inclusive of Value Added Tax ("VAT") and subject to applicable service charges and local taxes otherwise specified by the partners merchant.

9. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash/service other products, or discounts. The offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, senior citizens or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act 2010 of Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

11. By joining the promo, the Cardholder confirms that he has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

12. In case of dispute in respect with Mastercard and the cardholder’s availment of the promo, the decision of Mastercard shall be considered final, upon prior approval of DTI.
