Promo Mechanics

1. The EastWest Perks Promo with Diamond Indulgence ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit and debit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.

2. Promo period is from April 1 to September 30, 2026.

3. The Cardholder must use his/her qualified EastWest credit or debit card to avail of the exclusive offer:

4. To avail, Cardholders may do any of the following:

  • Visit Diamond Hotel (daily; 12NN to 8PM)
  • Call Member Services 
    1. (02) 5310-5741 (weekdays; 10AM to 7PM) 
    2. (0998) 589-0643 (weekends; 10AM to 7PM)

5. To pay for the membership, the Cardholder must go to Diamond Hotel, proceed to the Diamond Indulgence membership desk in the lobby, and pay for the membership fee using his/her qualified EastWest credit or debit card.

6. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer must be settled at Diamond Hotel with the Cardholder’s qualified EastWest credit or debit card. 

7. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount.8.

8. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or the person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

9. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. For any concern, inquiry on the promo or concerns on the EastWest Credit or Debit Card account or Cardholder's eligibility, Cardholders may contact EastWest's 24-Hour Customer Hotline at (+632) 8888-1700 or e-mail cards@eastwestbanker.com.

11. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit and Debit Cards shall apply. 

12. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest, Clubhotel Philippines, Inc., and Diamond Hotel shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

 

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
