FREE Annual Fee for the 1st Year with your EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa

1. Credit Card applicants who apply for an EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa credit card and submit the complete application requirements from April 21 to May 21, 2025 is entitled to the waiver of his/her Annual Fee for the first year, provided that:

1. His/Her application is subsequently approved and his/her approved card should be activated until July 31, 2025; and
2. The applicant does not have an existing or cancelled principal credit card issued by EastWest Bank and have not had one in the last six (6) months.

2. The Annual Fee Waiver is non-transferable, and cannot be converted or exchanged for cash, credit, advantage, or any property.

3. The Annual Fee Waiver of Php 1,200 will be credited to the account monthly or Php 100 per month from date of activation up to 12 months thereafter.

4. All credit card applications shall be subject to EastWest Bank’s final approval and applicable terms and conditions. Applicants shall be notified of his or her credit card application approval via SMS or email.

5. EastWest Bank reserves the right to disqualify any EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa credit cardholder (“Cardholder”) from further participation in this Promo if the Cardholder is delinquent, defaults in his/her payment or, if in EastWest Bank’s judgment, the said Cardholder has violated these Terms & Conditions and/or the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

6. All employees of EastWest Banking Corporation, EastWest Rural Bank, Puregold Pricing Club Inc., their advertising agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the Promo.

7. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest Bank, at its discretion, with the concurrence of the DTI.

8. If the principal Cardholder cancels his/her EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa credit card within twelve (12) months from the card opening date, EastWest Bank reserves the right to charge the equivalent pro-rated amount of the annual fee.

9. The use of the EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa credit card in connection with the Promo is subject to the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

10. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the. 11. The Promo, Promo Mechanics are governed by and construed under the laws of the Philippines.
