30% Cashback with GO

The promo is open to EastWest JCB Platinum credit cardholders whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing. Cardholders in good credit standing are those with EastWest JCB Platinum credit cards which are not reported lost or stolen, whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraud, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest JCB Platinum credit cards.

Promo Period:

First campaign will run from August 15 to November 14, 2025.

Second campaign will run from November 15 to February 14, 2026.

Terms and Conditions:

1. EastWest JCB credit cardholders must spend JPY 3,000 or more per ride to get the discount.
2. For taxi rides using the GO App, if the amount paid with a JCB card is JPY 3,000 or more per ride after applying any coupons or discounts, 30% of the fare will be refunded as cashback to the same JCB card used at a later date.
3. Please note that the JPY 3,000 minimum JCB payment required for cashback is based on each transaction, not the cumulative spending during the promotion period.
4. Follow these steps to enjoy the promo:
   • Download the GO app
   • Register your JCB card in the app
   • Enter the promo code “fwm76” in the app
5. Please note that in certain regions, app registration may not be available based on your place of residence. If you encounter this issue, we kindly ask that you complete the registration after arriving in Japan.
6. If you are in Japan and cannot register, please allow your location settings and try again.
7. An EastWest JCB credit card must be used for payment.
8. Only purchases made at Taxi GO are eligible for this prosmotion.
9. JCB cards issued in Russia, Myanmar and Japan are not eligible.
10. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or service, except as specifically permitted by JCB or the merchant.
11. The cashback amount will be calculated based on the final settlement amount paid, including taxes and any other special offers that may be used in conjunction with it.
12. The right to receive this offer may not be transferred to another person or exchanged for cash.

16. Transactions that qualify for this promotion will be counted based on the date of the transaction. However, transactions that take a long time to process sales and for which sales information is not received within a certain period of time may not be counted.

17. Cashback will be paid via the card issuer you used. The timing of cashback depends on the issuer.

18. Only transactions settled in JPY are eligible for cashback.
19. Amounts less than the significant digits of the currency in question will be rounded down.
20. The exchange rate at which a transaction is settled may be different from the rate at which cashback was awarded. It depends on the rate at which cashback was awarded by the bank.
21. Cashback may not be awarded in the following cases:
     - If the transaction of goods or services has been changed, cancelled, or refunded, or if it is deemed to be fraudulent
     - If you cancel your card or do not set up an account by the cashback date
     - If the card number is changed due to a card switch or reissue before the cashback date
     - If your membership is invalid at the time of cashback
     - If the payment cannot be processed during the promotion period due to system failure or other reasons
     - If the payment is made through a third-party institution instead of directly at the participating merchant
22. JCB International Co., Ltd. is not responsible for any disputes related to this special offer.
23. In the event that a cardmember violates these terms and conditions or causes damage to JCB International Co., Ltd. or a third party through fraudulent or illegal acts in connection with the participation in this promotion, JCB International Co., Ltd. may suspend or cancel the special offer or other sales transactions, in which case all conditions for granting special offers accumulated up to the time of cancellation shall be retroactively forfeited.
