Promo Mechanics

1. The promo is open to all active EastWest JCB Gold and Platinum cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.

2. Promo Period and spend period is from November 20, 2025 to January 31, 2026. 

3. Cardholders may get up to Php10,000 cash rebate when they purchase items from BIC Camera during the promo period and will be eligible to receive the Cash Rebate of:

4. Only the first two (2) qualified transactions per cardholder will be awarded of the cash rebate in the duration of this promo. 

5. The Cash Rebate shall be credited and posted in the Principal Cardholder’s Statement of Account (SOA) within thirty (30) working days after the promo period.

6. The EastWest JCB Gold and Platinum credit cards must be active and in good credit standing* at the time of posting of the Cash Credit.

7. Earned rebate will be posted as a credit or payment for purchases or any outstanding balance on the principal cardholder’s account, which will be reflected on his/her SOA. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged to cash and in-kind.

8. The promo cannot be availed in conjunction with other promotional offers of EastWest credit cards (including, but not limited to rebates, discounts, spend anywhere, activation promos, etc.). If found to have multiple redemption, EastWest has the right to reverse the rebate that has been credited to the principal cardholder’s account. It has the sole discretion in qualifying the transaction/s of a cardholder based on the mechanics of the Promo. Once EastWest determines that the transaction/s is qualified for the Promo, the same transaction/s can no longer be used for another promo, regardless if it meet/s the criteria of the other promo.

9. EastWest reserves the right to reverse or adjust the posted rebate if the qualified transaction/s are disputed or cancelled on a later date, or if the transaction is found to be invalid or fraudulent, or a reversal of entry is made on any of the qualified transaction, or if there is erroneous posting of the rebate, or if the transaction was used to register or redeem from another ongoing promo of the Bank.

10. In case of dispute in respect to the Promo including, but not limited to, the cardholder’s eligibility, coverage periods and fulfillment, the decision of EastWest, with the concurrence of DTI shall be final. All questions or disputes must be raised by the cardholder to EastWest within sixty (60) calendar days from the posting of the rebate to the principal cardholder credit card account.

11. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that s/he has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo as well as the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not, otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
