1. The Hot Deals Gadgets Promo (“Promo”) allows clients to enjoy the exciting opportunity to choose their top-of-the-line reward gadgets.
2. The Promo will run from August 3 to September 4, 2026 (“Promo Period”) in all EastWest Bank (“EW”) stores nationwide.
3. The Promo is open to all New-to-Bank and Existing-to-Bank business and individual clients (“Qualified Clients”).
4. Interested clients must enroll in the Promo through any EW store by completing and signing the official Promo enrollment form.
5. All regular Savings (Peso and Dollar) and Checking (Peso) deposit accounts are eligible for the Promo. For all regular Dollar Savings accounts, the conversion rate to Philippine Peso is fixed at ₱60.00 for purposes of determining the required fresh funds placement.
6. Qualified Clients may receive exclusive rewards (“Promo Rewards”) based on the required fresh funds placement and corresponding holding period. “Fresh Funds” refer to funds sourced whether from other financial institutions or not from existing EW or EastWest Rural Bank accounts or products, including but not limited to Regular Savings Accounts, Checking Accounts, Time Deposits, and Investment products.

7. Qualified Clients may avail of more than one (1) Promo Reward, provided that the required fresh fund amount and corresponding holding period for each reward are complied.

Juan Dela Cruz visits the EW Store on the dates indicated below and places fresh funds sourced from other financial institutions. Based on the sample transactions, the client qualifies for two (2) Promo Rewards, corresponding to each fresh funds placement that meets the required amount and holding period.

Data Sharing and Content

8. Qualified Clients who participate in the Promo agree to disclose their personal information, including full name, email address, and contact details, to EW’s partner merchants solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling the Promo Rewards.

Promo Rewards

9. Promo Rewards are non-transferable, not convertible to cash, non-refundable, non-replaceable if lost, and not for sale.
10. Qualified Clients will receive an official communication from EW within thirty (30) days but not later than sixty (60) days from end of the Promo Period, indicating the corresponding Promo Rewards and redemption details.
11. To claim their Promo Reward/s, Qualified Clients will present the official communication with the corresponding e-voucher code from EW, and one (1) valid government issued ID to their chosen Power Mac Center or The Loop branches nominated during the enrollment.
12. In case of upgrades, the equivalent SRP value of the original Promo Reward/s will be deducted from the SRP of the upgraded unit, and the difference shall be paid by the client directly at the store.
13. Promo Rewards must be claimed on or before November 30, 2026. 

Terms and Conditions

14. This Promo cannot be availed of in conjunction with other ongoing promotions of EW, Power Mac Center, and The Loop branches.
15. In the event that the client withdraws, terminates, or otherwise lifts the hold-out on the amount prior to the completion of the required holding period as stated in the enrollment form or if EW determines that the client has engaged in fund transfers or other activities intended to circumvent these Promo mechanics, EW reserves the right to recover the Peso equivalent of the Promo Rewards by debiting any of the client’s accounts with the Bank. The applicable Peso equivalent of each Promo Reward is as follows:

16. Treasurer In-Trust-For accounts and accounts with restrictions are not eligible to join the Promo.
17. Applicable charges shall be applied on accounts closed within thirty (30) days from the date of account opening and accounts falling below maintaining balance.
18. For individual accounts:
    1. Only the Primary Account Holder of the enrolled account shall be eligible to participate in the Promo and receive any corresponding Promo Rewards.
    2. For joint accounts, only the designated Primary Account Holder shall be eligible to participate in the Promo and receive the corresponding Promo Rewards. All joint account holders must duly sign the required enrollment form and provide their consent to participate in the Promo. Joint account holders who are not designated as the Primary Account Holder shall not be entitled to any Promo Rewards.
    3. If the Primary Account Holder is unable to personally claim the Promo Rewards, the Primary Account Holder may authorize a representative to claim on his/her behalf by submitting a duly notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) following the official template of EW, and such other documents as may be required by the Bank for verification purposes.
19. For Sole Proprietorship or Business Accounts, the Client shall submit to EW a duly notarized Special Power of Attorney, Partnership Resolution, or Secretary’s Certificate authorizing participation in the Promo and designating the authorized representative to claim the Promo Rewards. Failure to comply shall result in the disqualification from the Promo.
20. The General Terms and Conditions Governing EastWest Deposit Accounts and other applicable EW policies in relation to this Promo shall apply.
21. By joining this Promo, the Client confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo. For any concern, inquiry on the Promo or concerns on the EW Deposit Accounts, Clients may contact EastWest's 24-Hour Customer Hotline at (+632) 8888-1700.
22. All questions or disputes regarding the Client’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EW. In case of disputes relating to the Promo, the decision of EW shall be conclusive with the approval of the Department of Trade and Industry.
