How to Join:
1. Deposit and maintain a minimum of ₱100K ADB in fresh funds to enjoy the following rewards:
a. 2 free InstaPay transfers per month for 3 months from the enrollment month.
i. InstaPay transfers through the EasyWay app in excess of the 2 free transfers will be subject to the regular fee of ₱10 per transfer.
ii. The transfers must be made within the same calendar month.
iii. Unused free transfers will not roll over to the following month
iv. Equivalent InstaPay fees will be credited to the client’s savings account within 30 days from end of the qualifying month.

2. Reach and maintain a minimum of ₱500K TRB within the Program Period with at least 20% in deposits to receive a one‑time ₱150 coffee e‑Gift.
- The e‑Gift will be sent to the client’s registered email address.
- Reward will be credited within 30 days from end of the qualifying month.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The EastWest Horizons Club (“Program”) is an exclusive program of EastWest Banking Corporation (“Bank”) for qualified individual clients who enroll in the Program (“Member”). Under the Program, a Member may enjoy preferential services and exclusive lifestyle perks and privileges, subject to the Member’s continued compliance with the Program’s eligibility requirements and maintenance of membership status provided in Clause 3 of these Terms and Conditions. The Program shall run from 24 April 2026 to 31 October 2026 (“Program Period”).
2. Only the primary account holder shall be eligible to participate in the Program and to enjoy the preferential services and exclusive lifestyle perks and privileges extended thereunder. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all joint account holders are required to acknowledge and sign the enrollment form for purposes of transparency and confirmation of consent.
3. To qualify for and maintain membership, a Member must be an individual client who maintains a Total Relationship Balance (TRB) of at least ₱500,000, of which not less than twenty percent (20%) shall consist of deposits maintained as Average Daily Balance (ADB) during the Program Period. TRB includes the Member’s total funds held with the Bank, comprising Deposits (Current and Savings Account ADB and Time Deposits) and Investments, based on the Bank’s records.
4. The Bank shall conduct regular assessment of the Member’s TRB and ADB during the Program Period to determine continued compliance with the Program’s eligibility requirements.
5. The Bank reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
a. Discontinue a Member’s participation in the Program in the event that the Member fails to comply with or maintain the Program’s eligibility requirements, including but not limited to the required TRB of at least ₱500,000, as determined by the Bank based on its records; and/or engages in any fraudulent, unlawful, or suspicious activity, or any act or omission which, in the Bank’s reasonable judgment, may expose the Bank to regulatory, legal, financial, or reputational risk;
b. Cancel, modify, substitute, or withdraw any service, privilege, or benefit;
c. Amend or modify these Terms and Conditions; and/ord.
d. Suspend or terminate the Program.
6. The Bank shall notify the Member of such amendments through SMS, email, and/or any other means deemed appropriate. Any amended shall supersede all prior versions of these Terms and Conditions and shall govern the Member’s account/s and participation in the Program. All amendments, modifications, suspension, or termination of the Program shall be undertaken in accordance with the applicable rules, regulations, and guidelines of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
7. The Bank shall not be held liable for any costs, losses, damages, expenses, or other consequences arising from the exercise of its rights and/or performance of its obligations in connection with the Program. The Bank shall likewise not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of benefits or opportunities resulting from any Program changes or termination
8. The exclusive lifestyle perks and privileges offered under the Program may be provided, fulfilled, or facilitated by third‑party merchants, partners, or service providers. The availability, redemption, and use of such benefits shall be subject to the respective third‑party merchant’s own terms and conditions, policies, and limitations. The Bank does not control and assumes no responsibility for the availability, continuity, quality, or fulfillment of benefits provided by third‑party partners.
9. By joining the Program, the Member agrees that:
a. The Member grants free, voluntary and unconditional consent to the collection and processing of all Personal Data, (as defined under the Data Privacy Act of 2012), including Bank account details, transaction, information or records, by the Bank, its subsidiaries and affiliates, as well as selected third parties in order to provide the exclusive lifestyle perks and privileges related to the membership as well as to comply with existing laws and regulations and privacy policies of the Bank .
b. The Member agrees and consents to receive communications through SMS, email and/or other appropriate channels from the Bank, its offices, stores, subsidiaries, affiliates, and authorized third parties for notices and promotional campaigns, and cross-selling activities relating to the Member’s accounts and other Bank products and services.
c. The Member agrees to indemnify and hold the Bank, its officers, directors, employees, successors, and assigns free and harmless against any and all damages, losses, claims, investigations, proceedings, injuries, settlement or expenses of whatever form or nature, arising out of or in connection with the cancellation of his/her membership in the Program for failure of the Member to comply with the Program’s eligibility requirements indicated in Clause 3 of these Terms and Conditions or in case of Bank initiated closure of the Member’s account with the Bank on account of Member’s violation of the Terms and General Terms and Conditions Governing Bank Deposit Accounts, the laws, and regulations.
d. The Member acknowledges having fully read and understood the General Terms and Conditions Governing EastWest Deposit Accounts published at https://www.eastwestbanker.com/help-and-support-center/deposit/terms-and-conditions, the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards published at https://www.eastwestbanker.com/help-and-support-center/cards/terms-and-conditions, and the Bank's data privacy policy published at https://www.eastwestbanker.com/privacystatement. The Member agrees to abide by and be bound by the said Terms and Conditions and data privacy policy, as well as all laws, rules, regulations, and official issuances applicable to the Bank which may hereinafter be issued, including other terms and conditions governing the use of other facilities, benefits, products, or services which shall be made available to the Member.
10. The Bank reserves the right to terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. Upon termination, all Program benefits, privileges, and services shall immediately cease, and the Bank shall have no obligation to continue providing any such benefits. The Bank shall not be liable for any costs, losses, damages, or claims arising from or related to such termination.
11. All questions or disputes regarding the Client’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by Bank. In case of disputes relating to the Promo, the decision of Bank shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.
