Promo Mechanics
1. The Free QR InstaPay Promo (“the Promo”) is open to all EastWest retail/ individual clients.
2. Promo period is from May 5 to June 30, 2026 (the “Promo Period”).
3. Clients must be registered on the EasyWay App and must have an active EastWest Peso deposit account.
4. All transactions made via QR InstaPay (the “Eligible Transactions”) shall not be charged service fees during the Promo Period.
5. The Promo is non-transferable, and cannot be converted or exchanged for cash, credit, benefit, or property of any kind.
6. This Promo is subject to InstaPay’s transaction limits, and EastWest Bank’s terms and conditions.

7. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos of EastWest Bank.
8. By joining the Promo, the client confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo. For any concerns or inquiries about the Promo, clients may contact EastWest's 24-Hour Customer Hotline at (+632) 8888-1700 or send an e-mail to service@eastwestbanker.com.
9. All questions or disputes regarding the client’s eligibility for the Promo or the Promo mechanics shall be resolved by EastWest with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry, in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.
