Promo Mechanics

1. The EastWest Horizons Hot Deals Raffle Promo (“Promo”) is a limited-time raffle campaign of EastWest Bank (“EastWest”) for qualified Existing-to-Bank individual clients (“Members”) who complete the required deposit growth in fresh funds and qualifying financial activities (“Missions”) during the Promo Period.

2. The Promo shall run from June 4 to August 28, 2026 (“Promo Period”).

3. The Promo is open to Members who meet all of the following requirements:

  1. have at least one (1) eligible EastWest deposit account, as defined hereafter;
  2. are the primary account holder of the eligible EastWest deposit account; and
  3. are at least eighteen (18) years old.

4. To earn e-raffle entries, Members must complete the applicable Missions within the relevant qualifying month within the Promo Period, subject to EastWest’s validation. E-raffle numbers will be computer-generated and will be electronically drawn using an electronic raffle program (i.e., Random.org). Prior to the raffle draw, an eDM and/or Viber notification on earned e-raffle entries will be sent to the qualified Members’ registered mobile number and/or e-mail address. To ensure receipt of notification, Members must keep their contact information with EastWest updated.

5. The following deposit products are eligible for the Promo:

  1. Regular Peso Savings Accounts;
  2. Regular Peso Checking Accounts; and
  3. Regular USD Savings Accounts.

6. The following accounts are not eligible for the Promo:

  1. Super Saver accounts;
  2. Super Checking accounts;
  3. Time Deposit accounts;
  4. dormant or restricted accounts;
  5. accounts under legal hold or AMLA-related restriction;
  6. temporary, settlement, or trustee accounts; and
  7. accounts where the Members are not the primary account holders.

7. “Fresh Funds” refer to new funds deposited into the eligible EastWest account and shall exclude:

  1. transfers from existing EastWest accounts;
  2. proceeds from other EastWest deposit accounts, time deposits, investments, or bonds; and
  3. transfers between EastWest accounts of related parties or accountholders.

How to Earn Raffle Entries

8. Members may earn raffle entries within each qualifying month during the Promo Period by completing the following monthly Missions below. Bonus raffle entries from the qualifying Monthly Missions shall only be awarded to Members who achieve and maintain at least ₱100,000 incremental Average Daily Balance (“ADB”) in eligible regular Savings or Checking accounts for the applicable qualifying month. Failure to meet the required ₱100,000 incremental ADB shall disqualify the Member from earning any corresponding bonus raffle entries for such qualifying month.

9. For purposes of this Promo, incremental ADB refers to the increase in the Member’s eligible regular Savings or Checking account balances compared with the Member’s May 31, 2026 ADB baseline, as validated by EastWest’s records. For Regular USD Savings Accounts, the applicable foreign exchange conversion rate for purposes of determining the Peso equivalent of the incremental ADB shall be subject to EastWest’s applicable internal conversion rate or such rate as may be approved by EastWest. ADB means the average daily balance of the eligible account for the applicable qualifying period, as computed based on EastWest’s records.

10. Each qualifying activity as stated in the Monthly Missions shall be subject to EastWest’s validation, applicable product requirements, approval process, booking requirements, and existing EastWest policies.

11. Raffle entries earned by Members shall be accumulated during the Promo Period and may be included in the applicable monthly raffle draw, subject to EastWest’s validation and applicable Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”) rules and regulations.

12. Members may continue to earn raffle entries during the Promo Period for as long as the Members complete the qualifying Monthly Missions and meet the Promo requirements.

13. EastWest reserves the right to validate, adjust, forfeit, or disqualify raffle entries that are found to be invalid, incomplete, duplicate, erroneous, fraudulent, or not compliant with the Promo mechanics.

Raffle Draw and Winner Selection

14. The raffle draw, winner selection, validation, notification, and awarding shall be subject to applicable DTI rules and regulations.

15. The raffle draw shall be conducted via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or any other online platform approved by EastWest, within fourteen (14) calendar days after the end of each qualifying month, under the supervision of an authorized EastWest representative and a DTI representative, as applicable.

16. Only validated raffle entries of qualified Members shall be included in the raffle draw. Raffle entries are not transferable and non-convertible to cash or any other kind of reward.

17. Members may win more than once during the Promo Period, subject to the raffle draw mechanics, validation of raffle entries, and applicable DTI rules and regulations.

18. Winning Members will be notified through an official email from EastWest and a call from the assigned EastWest Store Relationship Officer within thirty (30) days from the raffle draw date.

19. Raffle prizes will be made available to winning Members within thirty (30) days, but not later than sixty (60) days, from the raffle draw date, subject to availability of stocks, travel tickets, and completion of validation and documentary requirements.

20. Upon claiming the raffle prize, the winning Members must present one (1) valid government-issued ID, such as Driver’s License, Passport, PRC ID, UMID, or National ID, and must sign the acknowledgement document provided by the assigned EastWest Store Relationship Officer. If the prize will be claimed through an authorized representative, the winning Members must submit to EastWest a duly notarized Special Power of Attorney using the prescribed EastWest template.

21. The winning Members of Seoul, Korea via PAL Economy Roundtrip Tickets for Two may use the prize only for the travel dates November 14 to 15, 2026. Other expenses such as passport, travel insurance, additional baggage costs beyond allocated baggage weight, terminal fees, incidental expenses while in transit, travel tax, hotel and tour packages, meals, visa application fees, airport lounge access, and airport transfers that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the winning Members.

22. Winning Members agree that their names may be published on EastWest’s official website and Facebook page, in accordance with DTI requirements.

Raffle Prizes

23. The raffle prize table indicates the number of monthly winners for each prize category: Ultrahuman Ring AIR, Garmin Watch – Forerunner 265, and Trip to Seoul, Korea via PAL Economy Roundtrip Tickets for Two.

Terms and Conditions

24. Only the primary account holder shall be eligible to participate in the Promo.

25. In case of dispute relating to eligibility, raffle entries, ADB computation, qualifying activities, winner selection, fulfillment, awarding, disqualification, or any other matter connected with the Promo, EastWest’s validated records shall prevail for purposes of computation and validation, without prejudice to the rights of the Members under applicable laws and regulations.

26. This Promo cannot be availed of in conjunction with other ongoing EastWest promotions, unless otherwise expressly stated by EastWest.

27. Employees of EastWest, including their relatives up to the second (2nd) degree of consanguinity or affinity and new-to-bank individual clients and Priority Banking clients are disqualified to join the Promo.

28. EastWest reserves the right to validate account eligibility, balances, source of funds, product availments, transaction activity, raffle entries, and overall compliance with Promo mechanics.

29. With prior approval of DTI, EastWest may modify, suspend, or terminate the Promo in cases beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, system failures, labor disputes, regulatory actions, court orders, war, epidemic, or similar force majeure events, subject to applicable laws, rules, regulations, and required regulatory approvals.

30. The General Terms and Conditions Governing EastWest Deposit Accounts published at https://www.eastwestbanker.com/help-and-support-center/deposit/terms-and-conditions and the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards published at https://www.eastwestbanker.com/help-and-support-center/cards/terms-and-conditions and other applicable EastWest policies shall apply.

31. By participating in the Promo, the Members:

  1. confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Promo Terms and Conditions.
  2. authorizes EastWest to collect, use, process, store, and share relevant account, transaction, contact, and credit-related information for purposes of Promo enrollment, validation, reward fulfillment, credit card application processing, servicing, audit, monitoring, and related communications, in accordance with EastWest’s Data Privacy Policy published at https://www.eastwestbanker.com/privacystatement.

32. Upon claiming of the prize, the Winning Members agree to hold EastWest free from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of EastWest.

33. For any inquiry or concern regarding the Promo or EastWest Deposit Accounts, the Members may contact EastWest’s 24-Hour Customer Hotline at (+632) 8888-1700.

34. All questions or disputes regarding a Member’s eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the Promo, the decision of EastWest shall be conclusive, with the approval of the DTI.
