Promo Mechanics
1. The EastWest JCB Apply, Spend, and Get Up to Php 2,000 Cashback Promo (the “Promo”) shall run from April 15 to July 31, 2026 (“Promo Period”).
2. The Promo is open to all EastWest JCB Gold and Platinum Principal cardholders (“Cardholder”) who applied during the Promo Period, were subsequently approved, and remain active and in good credit standing.
3. To qualify for the Promo, the Cardholder must:
- Successfully apply and get approved for an EastWest JCB Gold or Platinum Credit Card from April 15 to July 31, 2026;
- Activate the approved credit card from April 15 to July 31, 2026;
- Register for the Promo from April 15 to August 31, 2026 through www.ewlend.com/2026EWJCB2KCBPromo; and
- Use the activated card to make a minimum single-receipt spend of Php 10,000 from April 22 to August 31, 2026 (“Spend Period”)
4. Qualified Cardholders will receive a Php 500 cash rebate for every Php 10,000 single-receipt spend made using the qualified EastWest JCB Gold or Platinum credit card (“Card”) during the Spend Period.
5. The maximum cash rebate a qualified cardholder may earn during the Promo Period shall be:
- Php 1,000 for EastWest JCB Gold cardholders; and
- Php 2,000 for EastWest JCB Platinum cardholders.
6. Only posted retail purchase transactions with a minimum single-receipt amount of Php 10,000 are eligible for the rebate. Transactions that do not meet the single-receipt requirement will not qualify. Cash advances, balance transfers, quasi-cash transactions, fees, interest, installment amortizations, and other non-retail transactions are excluded.
7. The Card must be active and in good credit standing* at the time of posting of the cash rebate.
8. The earned rebate will be credited and posted to the Principal Cardholder’s Statement of Account (“SOA”) within thirty (30) banking days after the end of the Spend Period. The rebate will be reflected as a credit or payment for purchases or any outstanding balance on the principal cardholder’s account. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or in-kind.
9. EastWest reserves the right to reverse or adjust the credited rebate if the qualified transaction/s are disputed or cancelled on a later date, or if the transaction is found to be invalid or fraudulent, or a reversal of entry is made on any of the qualified transaction, or if there is erroneous posting of the rebate, or if the transaction was used to register or redeem from another ongoing promo of the Bank.
10. In case of dispute in respect to the Promo including, but not limited to, the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage periods and fulfillment, the decision of EastWest, with the concurrence of DTI shall be final.
11. All questions or disputes must be raised by the Cardholder to EastWest within sixty (60) calendar days from the posting of the rebate to the principal cardholder credit card account. Failure to raise any questions or disputes regarding the rebate within the prescribed period shall be deemed a waiver of the Cardholder’s right to contest the rebate computation for the applicable promo period. The Bank’s records shall be deemed correct and binding, absent manifest error, fraud, or system or clerical error, and without prejudice to rights under applicable laws and BSP regulations.
12. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that s/he has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo as well as the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not, otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
