Promo Mechanics

1. The EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa Php 1,000 Cash Rebate Promo (the “Promo”) shall run from April 15 to July 31, 2026 (“Promo Period”).

2. The Promo is open to all EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa Principal cardholders (“Cardholder”) who applied during the Promo Period, were subsequently approved, and remain active and in good credit standing.

3. To qualify for the Promo, the Cardholder must:

  1. Successfully apply and get approved for an EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa Credit Card from April 15 to July 31, 2026;
  2. Activate the approved credit card from April 15 to July 31, 2026;
  3. Register for the Promo from April 15 to July 31, 2026 through www.ewlend.com/2026EWPG1KRebatePromo; and
  4. Use the activated card to make a minimum accumulated retail spend of Php 10,000 from April 22 to August 31, 2026 (“Spend Period”)

4. Accumulated spend refers to the total posted retail purchase transactions made using the qualified EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa credit card (“Card”) during the Spend Period. Cash advances, balance transfers, quasi-cash transactions, fees, interest, and installment amortizations are excluded from the accumulated spend computation.

5. Qualified cardholders who meet all the Promo conditions shall receive a Php 1,000 cash rebate, which will be credited and posted to the Principal Cardholder’s Statement of Account (“SOA”) within thirty (30) working days after the end of the Spend Period.

6. The Card must be active and in good credit standing* at the time of posting of the cash rebate.

7. The rebate earned will be posted as a credit or payment for purchases or any outstanding balance on the principal cardholder’s account, which will be reflected on his/her SOA. It is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash and in-kind.

8. Each qualified Cardholder is entitled to only one (1) cash rebate during the Promo Period, regardless of the number of transactions made.

9. EastWest reserves the right to reverse or adjust the credited rebate if the qualified transaction/s are disputed or cancelled on a later date, or if the transaction is found to be invalid or fraudulent, or a reversal of entry is made on any of the qualified transaction, or if there is erroneous posting of the rebate, or if the transaction was used to register or redeem from another ongoing promo of the Bank.

10. In case of dispute in respect to the Promo including, but not limited to, the Cardholder’s eligibility, coverage periods and fulfillment, the decision of EastWest, with the concurrence of DTI shall be final.

11. All questions or disputes must be raised by the Cardholder to EastWest within sixty (60) calendar days from the posting of the rebate to the principal cardholder credit card account. Failure to raise any questions or disputes regarding the rebate within the prescribed period shall be deemed a waiver of the Cardholder’s right to contest the rebate computation for the applicable promo period. The Bank’s records shall be deemed correct and binding, absent manifest error, fraud, or system or clerical error, and without prejudice to rights under applicable laws and BSP regulations.

12. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that s/he has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo as well as the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
