1. The “Get Php300 Cashback Every Friday at Gaisano Grand with EastWest Visa Credit Card” Promo (“Promo”) is open to all active principal and supplementary EastWest Visa Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing* during the Promo Period and at the time of cashback awarding.

2. The Promo is valid every Friday from September 4 to November 27, 2026 (“Promo Period”).

3. To qualify, cardholders must use their qualified EastWest Visa Credit Card at any participating Gaisano Grand malls during the Promo Period, with a minimum single‑receipt spend of Php3,500 per transaction.

4. The Promo is valid only at the following participating Gaisano Grand malls for purchases made at their department stores and supermarkets:

5. A maximum cashback of Php300 may be earned by each qualified Principal and Supplementary Cardholder for every qualifying Friday during the Promo Period. All cashback earned will be credited to the Principal Cardholder's account.

7. Qualified Cardholders who earn cashback will receive an SMS notification sent to their registered mobile number on record with EastWest. The Principal Cardholder will receive notification of the cashback credited to the account. EastWest shall not be liable for the non-receipt of notifications.

8. The cashback is non‑transferable, not convertible to cash or gift certificates, and may not be exchanged for any other item or benefit. The Promo cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, certificates, Privilege or VIP cards, or discounts mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.

9. In the purchase of goods or services that are on promotional discount, Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability (PWDs) may avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

10. By participating in the Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, as well as the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

11. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Gaisano Grand Group of Companies shall be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the promo mechanics and DTI rules and regulations, without prejudice to the Cardholder's right to seek further recourse under applicable laws and regulations.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
