1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Credit Cards (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.

6. Cardholders must present their EastWest credit card prior to ordering and/or payment and must inform the restaurant representative/s that they will avail of the offer. Service charge and applicable taxes are excluded from the discount computation.

7. Only one (1) EastWest credit card may be used to avail of the promo offer. Splitting of credit card transactions to be able to avail of more than one (1) offer is not allowed.

8. The offer is valid for dine-in transactions. 

9. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP card.

10. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

11. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

12. Issues related to the S Kitchen, The Lounge, Oori, and/or Shine Spa Manila transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by S Kitchen, The Lounge, Oori, and/or Shine Spa Manila. 

13. EastWest makes no representation for S Kitchen, The Lounge, Oori, and/or Shine Spa Manila and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchants. 

14. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

17. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and S Kitchen, The Lounge, Oori, and/or Shine Spa Manila shall be conclusive upon the approval of DTI.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
