1. Advance reservation is required. Qualified cardholders may book online via www.winfordmanila.com using the Promo Code WINFORDREWARDS.
2. Complete the website booking and input their card details for a pre-authorization transaction.
3. Settle the payment upon check-in using their EastWest credit card.

5. The hotel's standard cancellation and no-show policies apply. Cancellations or amendments must be made at least 48 hours before the guest’s arrival date.

6. In the purchase of goods and services on promotional discount, Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability may avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
