Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Platinum and World Mastercard Credit Cards (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.

  2. Promo period is from May 4 to June 30, 2026. Blackout dates apply on declared Philippine holidays.

  3. Credit cardholders can avail 50% OFF using their qualified EastWest Elite Mastercard credit card at Grand Hyatt Manila with the following operating hours:

  1. The offer is not valid for exclusive events.

  2. Cardholders must present their EastWest Elite Mastercard credit card prior to payment and must inform the representative/s that they will avail of the offer.

  3. Only one (1) EastWest Elite Mastercard credit card may be used to avail the promo offer. Promo offer can be availed in a single-receipt purchase transaction only per table per visit. Splitting of transactions is not allowed.

  4. Advance reservation is required to guarantee seats. Reservation may be done via email at manila.grand@hyatt.com or call +632 8838 1234 to reserve.
  5. A down payment is required to guarantee seats for a group of 10 pax and above. A qualified EastWest Elite Mastercard credit card is required to pay for the down payment as quoted by Grand Hyatt Manila.
  6. All paid orders are considered final. Cancellations and refund requests will not be entertained.
  7. Grand Hyatt Manila reserve the right to refuse redemption of the offer by the cardholder if the cardholder does not adhere to the promo mechanics.
  8. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, menu bundles, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.

  9. All other fees pertaining to the transaction, such as service charges and other applicable taxes will be shouldered by the Cardholder.

  10. World of Hyatt members are not eligible to redeem points for this special offer.
  11. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

  12. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

  13. Issues related to the Grand Hyatt Manila transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Grand Hyatt Manila.

  14. EastWest makes no representation for Grand Hyatt Manila and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.

  15. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

  17. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.

  18. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Grand Hyatt Manila shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
