1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest Credit and Debit Cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.

2. Booking period is from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Stay period is from July 1, 2026 to July 10, 2027.

3. Promo is not applicable during blackout dates (Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Philippine holidays mandated by the government but not limited to Holy Week, Araw ng Kagitingan, Labor Day, Independence Day, and National Heroes Day).

  • Minimum of three (3) orders from Hot Off the Grill menu for free buffet access for three (3) persons

5. To avail the Promo, the Cardholder must call or email the hotel to book their stay and pay the full amount in a single receipt using their participating EastWest Credit Card. Valid for direct bookings only. Intent to avail of the offer must be declared upon reservation.

6. Cardholder must present their EastWest Credit/Debit Card and valid ID upon check-in.

7. Child policy, rebooking, and cancellation terms follow standard hotel policies.

8. All incident charges, not included in the exclusive discount/privileges, must be settled at the hotel or any affiliated establishments where the charges were occurred.

9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

10. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, other services, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

11. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. 12. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit and Debit Cards shall apply.

13. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and the hotel shall be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the promo and DTI rules and regulations, without prejudice to the Cardholder’s right to seek further recourse under applicable laws and regulations. 

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
