1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest credit and debit cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.

2. Booking period is from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2026. Stay period is until May 10, 2026. Blackout dates apply, including but not limited to holidays, long weekends, special events and Super Peak dates (December 20, 2025 to January 4, 2026, February 13-19, 2026, March 29-April 4, 2026)

3. The Cardholder must book and pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest credit or debit card to avail of these offers:

Cardholder must indicate or mention that he/she will use EastWest Bank card to book, hotel booking policies and procedures shall be followed.

5. To avail of the promo, EastWest Bank Cardholder must charge the total amount of purchase to his or her qualified EastWest Bank card

6. Only one (1) qualified EastWest Bank card will be accepted per transaction even if he or she has more than one qualified EastWest Bank card. The promo is valid for single-receipt transactions only, strictly no splitting of transactions.

7. Booking is not transferable. Cardholder must be one of the staying guests. 

8. Banquet sales, private functions and parties are excluded from the promo.

9. The discount cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing discounts and promotions of Boracay Ocean Club Resort & Spa 

10. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discounts.

11. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or the person with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

12. Boracay Ocean Club Resort & Spa’s standard re-booking, cancellation, and no-show policies will apply.

13. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. 14. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit and Debit Cards shall apply.

15. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Boracay Ocean Club Resort & Spa shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit and Debit Cards.
