Promo Mechanics
1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest Credit and Debit Cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.
2. Booking period is from July 15, 2026 to January 15, 2027. Stay period is from August 1, 2026 to March 1, 2027.
3. The Cardholder must book and pay for the transaction using his/her qualified EastWest Credit and Debit Card to avail of up to 35% OFF on Rooms based on Rack Rates and 10% OFF on Food and Beverage at Fynn Boutique Hotel.

4. The Cardholder must complete the reservation under his/her name and be present as a registered guest during the stay to qualify for the offer.

5. Transactions must be processed through the hotel’s accredited merchant facility (via onsite card terminal at the hotel). Payments made in cash, check, bank transfer, mobile wallet, or through other banks’ card facilities will not be honored under this Promo. Only transactions successfully posted through the EastWest Bank accredited merchant facility are considered valid.
6. Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night’s stay based on the confirmed rate. Any refund or cancellation related to this Promo will be credited back to the same EastWest Bank card used for the original transaction, in accordance with hotel policy.
7. For Chargeback transactions:
When the hotel is at fault, the hotel shall bear all associated costs and fees.
When the hotel is not at fault, the guest remains liable for the one-night cancellation charge and any costs associated with the chargeback.

9. In the purchase of goods and services on promotional discount, Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability may avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
10. The Promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, loyalty benefits, other services, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.
11. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. 12. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.
13. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the Promo, the decision of EastWest and Fynn Boutique Hotel shall be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the Promo mechanics and DTI rules and regulations, without prejudice to the Cardholder’s right to seek further recourse under applicable laws and regulations.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, those not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
