1. The baseline campaign (“Promo”) is open to all Principal and Supplementary East West Credit Cardholders ("Cardholder/s") in good credit standing*.

2. East West Credit Cardholders shall enjoy:

• Existing Customers: Free shipping of up to P149 off, min. spend P850, 3x use, stackable when they use their qualified credit card on the ZALORA website or ZALORA app with a minimum required spend

3. Promo Period is from March 20 to December 31, 2026.

4. The Promo is not valid on essential items.

5. The Promo can be availed by using the promo code EASTWEST2026 on the ZALORA website or ZALORA app.

6. The Promo Offer will apply when the voucher is entered at the Payment Page and the eligible East West Credit Card is selected as the payment option. The Cardholder must check if a discount amount is applied before proceeding to final check-out.

12. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.

13. EastWest holds the right to certify whether or not the Cardholder is an eligible cardholder and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the Promo mechanics.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
