Promo Mechanics

1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest Credit and Debit Cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.

2. Promo period is from November 1, 2026 to April 20, 2027.

3. Cardholders can get 10% off with NO minimum spend, up to Php1,000 discount at the following
edamama stores using their qualified EastWest card.
• Robinsons Magnolia
• Robinsons Manila
• Ayala Malls Vertis North
• Ayala Malls Feliz
• Ayala Malls Fairview Terraces
• Ayala Malls Central Bloc
• Robinsons Antipolo
• Lucky Chinatown Mall
• MarQuee Mall Pampanga
• BGC Uptown Mall

4. Promo can be availed of from Monday to Thursday only.

5. The promo cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction
with current promotions (i.e. bean rewards/usage, storewide discounting, etc.), packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.

6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discounts, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail the promotional discount, or the discount provided under
the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is
higher.

7. The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other
products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, other services, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

8. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. For any

9. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of
EastWest Credit and Debit Cards shall apply.

10. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and edamama be conclusive with approval of DTI.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under
investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported
lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
