1. The promo is open to all active EastWest credit and debit cards (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from August 1 to September 6, 2026.
3. Qualified EastWest cardholders will get one (1) complimentary ticket with a single-receipt purchase of Philippine Travel Mart ticket/s using an EastWest card at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City or via https://philtravelmart.com/buyticket/. 
4. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, menu bundles, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
5. All other fees pertaining to the transaction, such as service charges, delivery fees, and other applicable taxes will be shouldered by the Cardholder.
6. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
7. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
8. Issues related to the 37th Philippine Travel Mart ticket purchase should be directed to and will be resolved by 37th Philippine Travel Mart.
9. EastWest makes no representation for 37th Philippine Travel Mart and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.
10. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

12. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.
13. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and 37th Philippine Travel Mart shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
