1. The EastWest Perks Promo ("Promo”) is open to all active EastWest Credit Cardholders ("Cardholder") in good credit standing*.

2. Promo period is from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.

3. Cardholders are entitled to enjoy 15% OFF on total purchase, online and in-store, for a minimum spend of Php 2,000 at Meet My Feet using their EastWest Credit Card within the promo period.

4. Here’s how to avail of the Promo:

Online

1. Visit Meet My Feet’s website at www.mmfkids.com
2. Checkout by choosing Xendit, then click PAY NOW
3. Enter your contact information
4. Enter y our EastWest Credit Card details
5. On the same page, enter the Promo code EWPERKSMMF to avail the Promo offer
6. Proceed to checkout. The discount will be applied automatically
7. Once payment is successful, customer will receive an email confirmation of his/her order and wait for the order to arrive

In-store

1. Visit participating Meet My Feet branches and pay in full to avail of the Promo offer:

6. In the purchase of goods and services on promotional discount, Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability may avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

7. The Promo is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, other services, discounted items and fixed price items, unless otherwise stated.

8. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to, these terms and conditions. 9. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards shall apply.

All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest. Any dispute concerning the products availed with the Promo offer shall be settled directly between Cardholder and Meet My Feet. In case of disputes relating to the Promo, the decision of EastWest and Meet My Feet shall be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the Promo mechanics and rules and regulations, without prejudice to the Cardholder’s right to seek further recourse under applicable laws and regulations.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, those not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest credit cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
