Promo Mechanics
1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Credit Cards (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.
2. Promo period is from October 10 to 18, 2025. Travel Period is from October 10, 2025 to June 30, 2026.
3. Credit cardholders can avail of the following special rates at Cathay Pacific:

4. Travel period for fares:
- 10 October 2025 to 30 June 2026
- To Rome: 10 – 25 October 2025. 30 March to 30 June 2026
- To Seattle: From 30 March 2026 to 31 May 2026
5. The above fares are on a per person basis and include all applicable taxes/surcharges except Philippine Travel Tax (PH tax – Php 1620) to be paid thru TIEZA prior departure.
6. To enjoy the fares, customers must book their flight tickets through the Cathay Pacific website https://bit.ly/EWCathay.
7. Premium Economy Class may not be available on all flight segments. Where passengers choose to switch their booking after ticket issuance to a flight not offering Premium Economy Class. Economy class seat will be offered without any fare refund.
8. For an itinerary that involves a stopover in Hong Kong, please use the stopover option to book your flights. Discount codes are not available on the Multi -city stopover option.
9. Rebooking: rebooking fees apply for travel date and flight changes on the same route, subject to ticket validity and any applicable taxes or fare differences. Please refer to 'fare conditions' during booking.
10. No-show: no-show fees apply and vary by booking class, please refer to 'fare conditions' during booking.
11. Refund: Cancellation fees apply and vary by booking class, please refer to 'fare conditions' during booking.
12. Asia Miles accrual: the exact number of Asia Miles earned for a flight will appear during the booking process.
13. Child fare / Infant with seat: 75% of adult fare applies.
14. Infant without seat: 10% of adult fare applies.
15. All sectors must be confirmed upon ticket issuance. Economy class (Q), Premium Economy (E) and Business (I).
16. Tickets are non-transferable and name change is not permitted
17. Tickets must be used in sequence. If the first outbound sector is not utilised, the rest of the itinerary is automatically cancelled.
18. Bookings made with discount codes (if applicable) will not be entitled to the 24-hour free cancellation benefit for members.
19. We reserve the right to make final decision and/or to withdraw (as applicable) on all matters relating to the discount code. We shall have no liability for any website failure, coupon errors, any malfunction of computers, communications and facilities, any deficiencies of service and any loss or damage caused by email or other means.
20. Fees for services and baggage of codeshare flights may be different from Cathay Pacific Airways, including on HK Express codeshare flights. Please consult the operating carrier's website for information on their optional fees and services.
21. Cathay Pacific reserves the right of final decision should a dispute arise in relation to the fare terms and conditions, with concurrence of Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

25. Cardholders must use their EastWest credit card as the payment method for booking.
26. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, menu bundles, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
27. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
28. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.
29. Issues related to the Cathay Pacific transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Cathay Pacific.
30. EastWest makes no representation for Cathay Pacific and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.
31. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

33. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.
34. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Cathay Pacific shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.
*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
