Olympic Winter Games Milano Cortina 2026 Raffle Promo

1. The Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games Raffle Promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary EastWest Visa Infinite, EastWest Visa Platinum, EastWest Visa Gold, EastWest Puregold Always Panalo Visa, and EastWest Visa Classic Credit Cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*, active, and current at the time of the raffle draw up to the time of awarding of the raffle prize(s). Purchases made by the Supplementary Cardholder will be counted under the Principal Cardholder.

2. The promo period is from October 16, 2025 to November 30, 2025.

3. To join the promo, principal cardholders must register once through EastWest’s ESTA web bot at www.ewlend.com/2026MilanoCortinaRaffle within the promo period by providing their mobile number and the last four (4) digits of their EastWest Visa Credit Card. A confirmation message will be displayed upon successful registration.

4. There will be one (1) winner for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games Raffle Promo. The package is good for two (2) pax and shall have the following inclusions, courtesy of Visa:

1. Round-trip Business Class Flights for 2 pax from Manila to Host City
2. 4 nights’ accommodation (4-star), on a twin-sharing basis
3. 3x Pre-selected Events including Opening Ceremony (Category A or B tickets)
4. Airport/Train Station Transfers in Milan (via Motorcoach)
5. Daily Breakfast and light snacks available at hotel
6. Milan Metro Card for transport to/from Olympic events
7. Gifts / Amenities - $400 value
8. Group/Cultural Activity
9. Visa Everywhere Lounge at hotel
10. Visa event, medical and security support staff

5. Cardholders shall earn e-raffle entries for every Php1,000 minimum single-receipt straight or installment (principal amount) spend transacted from 12:00 AM of October 16, 2025 until 11:59 PM of November 30, 2025.

6. EastWest Visa credit cards approved and activated within the promo period shall receive five (5) e-raffle entries.

7. Transactions qualified to earn raffle entries shall include straight/retail or merchant installment transactions, online purchases, mail/telephone order transactions, Insta-Cash, Balance Transfer, Quick Bills and auto charged transactions enrolled directly with merchants.

8. The following transactions are not qualified to earn raffle entries:

• Quasi-cash, gaming, gambling, online trading and other related transactions
• Refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions
• Cash advances
• Balance Conversions and Convert-to-Installment transactions
• Finance charges and all other fees & charges

9. Prior to the raffle draw, an eDM notification on earned raffle entries will be sent to qualified EastWest Visa Credit Cardholders via the mobile number registered on his/her EastWest credit card account.

10. E-raffle numbers will be computer-generated and will be electronically drawn using an electronic raffle program (i.e., Random.org).

11. Raffle draw will be on December 12, 2025 at EastWest Corporate Center, The Beaufort, 5th Avenue corner 23rd Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, in the presence of representatives from EastWest and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).

12. Prior to the raffle draw, an SMS notification on earned e-raffle entries will be sent to the qualified EastWest Visa Credit Cardholders’ registered mobile number. To ensure receipt of notification, cardholders must keep their contact information with EastWest updated. 

13. A Cardholder can only win once. The winner will be notified on December 16, 2025, via the cardholder’s registered mobile number and e-mail address, and through a registered mail notification of their winning, and shall be given until December 30, 2025, to confirm his/her participation/availment of the raffle prize.

14. The winner and his/her companion must provide their Tax Identification Number (TIN), a copy of a valid government-issued ID, a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from February 10, 2026 and a signed Winner Acknowledgement Form, which must be submitted to EastWest via e-mail to csdocs@eastwestbanker.com until December 30, 2025. By participating in this promo, the winner and his/her companion provide their consent to process their personal information for the purposes of this promotion.

15. If the winner and/or their companion fail to submit any of the required documents stated in item 14, including their Tax Identification Number (TIN), a valid government-issued ID, a passport valid for at least six (6) months from February 10, 2026, and a signed Winner Acknowledgement Form via email to csdocs@eastwestbanker.com on or before December 30, 2025, EastWest reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select a replacement from the buffer list, subject to prior DTI approval.

16. The raffle prize is transferable to a person of the winner’s choice, provided that the winner submits a certified letter indicating the complete name of the transferee, and that the transferee submits all required documents stated in item 14 within the specified deadline. The prize is not convertible to cash and cannot be exchanged for other items or services. Visa reserves the right to replace any of the prize values with equivalent alternatives in the event of unavailability (e.g., 4-star hotel accommodations).

1. The transferee must comply with all documentary requirements and submission deadlines, and must also be an existing EastWest Visa Credit Cardholder.

17. The roundtrip business class flights from Manila to Italy shall be subject to the following flight terms and conditions:

1. The winner shall travel on February 5 to 9, 2026 in time for the opening of the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games.
2. The dates of the flights shall be determined by EastWest and Visa. Winner can choose to extend the trip provided that any extensions beyond the last day of travel are advised and acceptable by Visa prior to ticketing. 
3. Details of the winner will be provided by EastWest to Visa at least forty-five (45) days before the outbound flight departure date and cannot be amended thereafter.
4. All flights are non-changeable, non-refundable and non-transferrable once ticketed.
5. Flights shall be delivered by international carriers/airlines as available.
6. Only the cost of flights is covered.
7. Other costs related to travel such as passport/travel visa processing, travel insurance, additional baggage costs beyond allocated baggage weight, terminal fees, incidental expenses while in transit, etc., are excluded.

18. All travel insurance, personal passport, travel visa processing fees and other ancillary costs, except those stated above, to be incurred by the winner and their nominated companions are the responsibility of the winner and his/her nominated companions.

19. The winning transaction must not be under dispute or reversed at the time of the draw and upon claiming of the prize.

20. Prize taxes shall be shouldered by EastWest.

21. Employees of EastWest and Visa, including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo.

22. EastWest holds the right to certify whether or not the winning cardholder is an eligible cardholder and his/her account satisfies the criteria set in the Promo mechanics.

23. By joining the promo, the Cardholder confirms the she/he has read and understood and agrees with the mechanics of the promo as well as the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.

24. The winners shall grant EastWest and Visa the exclusive permission to use and disclose personal information, photographs and videos in connection with the promo for marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right, grant or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, website or social media pages. The winners may likewise be required to participate in publicity programs which EastWest and/or Visa may organize. Expenses and/or costs for attending such functions shall be shouldered by the winners.

25. Upon claiming of the prize, the winners agree to free EastWest and Visa from any liability for damages suffered as a result of using the raffle prize(s), provided such damages are not the result of serious and deliberate misconduct on the side of EastWest or Visa. EastWest and Visa shall not be held liable for any claim related to the raffle rewards. Consequently, EastWest and Visa shall not entertain any request for indemnity of reimbursement accompanying such claim.

26. All questions and disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest.

27. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
