16. Cardholders must book online via the following steps:

1. Visit Panglao Vista Suites’ website at https://panglaovista.com/ and click the Book Now button to proceed.
2. Input the promo code “EWB50” on the Unlock Deal tab, along with the following travel details to access the special deal:
   • Check-in Date
   • Check-out Date
   • No. of Guests
3. Choose from the list of rooms then click “Reserve”
4. Fill out the necessary booking details then use click “Confirm Reservation”
5. Use EastWest Credit Card for payment
6. Panglao Vista Suites Reservations shall send a confirmation email to the cardholder for a successful booking within 24 hours. 

17. Issues related to the Panglao Vista Suites’ transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Panglao Vista Suites.

18. EastWest makes no representation for Panglao Vista Suites and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
