Promo Mechanics

1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Credit Cards (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.

2. Promo period is from November 28 to December 1, 2025. Travel Period is from December 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026.

3. Credit cardholders can avail of the following offers at Emirates:

  2. Complimentary shuttle service to Clark International Airport (CRK) via Trinoma Mall, Quezon City and vice versa for flights departing via CRK.
    1. Cardholders must book the shuttle service together with their flight tickets. When buying your flight ticket on emirates.com, make sure to specify Trinoma (TRP) as the departure or arrival city to ensure that your booking on the bus is included on your flight ticket. 4. Special fares are valid on Economy and Business Class for departures from Manila, Cebu, and Clark only.

5. Discount valid on airfare only. All fares stated are after discount. Fuel surcharge, applicable government and airport taxes and levies are not discounted.

6. To enjoy the fares, customers must book their flight tickets through the Emirates website https://www.emirates.com/ph/english/book/.

7. All flight sectors must be confirmed prior to ticketing.

8. Amendment and cancellation penalties may apply for date changes/rerouting and will vary depending on destination and class of travel. Check "Fare Conditions" from an online quote to view penalties and other applicable fare conditions.

9. Not valid in conjuction with any other discount or promotions.

10. For inquiries, cardholders may visit Emirates Ticket Office at Units 3 & 4, Ground Floor, Shang Global City Properties Inc, 3rd Avenue corner 30th Street Crescent Park West District Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. Office hours: Monday to Sunday 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM (except holidays)

11. The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, menu bundles, packages, Privilege and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.

12.In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

13. The offer is non-transferable and is not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

14. Issues related to the Emirates transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Emirates.

15. EastWest makes no representation for Emirates and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to the respective merchant.

16. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.

18. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply.

19. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest and Emirates shall be conclusive with the approval of DTI.

 

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those with EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
