I. Qualifications

• The promos are applicable to all eligible EastWest, Komo, EastWest Rural Bank Visa Debit Cards.

II. How to Avail

1. Shop using the Shopee mobile app.
2. Select the items you wish to purchase and click “BUY NOW”.
3. To proceed with checkout, enter your delivery address and shipping option.
4. Click “Payment method” and choose “Credit / Debit Card” as option.
5. Select or add your participating EastWest Debit Card and click “Confirm”.
6. Payment discount will be automatically applied to your purchase upon checkout.

III. Terms and Conditions

1. Qualified EastWest Visa debit cardholders are entitled to avail of the promo offers from Shopee within the applicable promo period.
2. The promo offers are:
   • EastWest Debit - ₱200 off, min. spend ₱2,000
   • EastWest Bank Rural - ₱100 off, min. spend ₱1,000
   • Komo by EastWest - ₱100 off, min. spend ₱1,000
3. The promos are valid for one-time use only for eligible Shopee users from Oct 1-11, 2026.
4. The promo offers cannot be reapplied after a qualified order has been canceled by the cardholder unless the reason for cancellation is deemed valid upon investigation. (e.g., delay in receipt of OTP).
5. The promo offers are valid for new and existing Shopee registered customers.
6. The promo offers cannot be applied retroactively.
7. The promo offers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
8. The promo offers are valid sitewide excluding products under the “Loads, Bills, and eServices” category.
9. The promo offers are valid on orders to be delivered via integrated couriers.
10. By joining this promo, the user confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.
11. The use of different Shopee accounts to avail of the promo offers multiple times is not allowed and shall be deemed fraudulent.
12. EastWest / EastWest Rural Bank / Komo reserves the right to charge the cost of the discount redeemed against the Cardholder’s EastWest Visa / EastWest Rural Bank Visa / Komo Visa debit card should his/her redemption be found to be fraudulent.
13. Shopee reserves the right to cancel transactions of accounts that are proven to be invalid or fraudulent (i.e., abuse of system).
14. Any dispute concerning the products or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Shopee with the concurrence of the DTI. 
15. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest / EastWest Rural Bank / Komo. In case of disputes relating to the promo, the decision of EastWest / EastWest Rural Bank / Komo shall be conclusive with approval of DTI.
