Promo Mechanics
1. The Singapore Airlines 60th Anniversary Promo (the “Promo”) is open to all EastWest Mastercard® Credit Cards issued in the Philippines.
2. The Promo is also open to Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer and PPS Club members and are eligible for the promotional offers and additional perks if payment is made using any EastWest Mastercard® credit cards.
3. Sale and Promo period: 3 – 30 June 2026

- 5 – 30 June 2026 – Open to all Mastercard credit cardholders
4. Travel period: 5 June 2026 - 31 March 2027

5. To enjoy the promotional offers, customers may book tickets using any EastWest Mastercard® credit cards through singaporeair.com and the Singapore Air mobile app using promo code SQPH60, SIA reservations hotline at +632 7908 4790 for Manila or via the toll-free number 1800 1888 4588 for Cebu, and through SIA-accredited travel agencies.
6. Service fees, fare conditions and other terms and conditions shall apply.
7. Offer cannot be combined with any other promo and is non-transferrable, non-convertible to cash, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
8. Issues related to the Singapore Airlines transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Singapore Airlines and the travel agencies.
9. EastWest and Mastercard make no representations for Singapore Airlines, and all feedback regarding the quality of the goods and services provided should be directed to Singapore Airlines and the travel agencies.
10. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the mechanics of the Promo including, but not limited to these terms and conditions.
11. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the Promo shall be resolved by EastWest. In case of disputes relating to the Promo, the decision of Mastercard and Singapore Airlines shall be reviewed and resolved in accordance with the promo mechanics and the Department of Trade and Industry rules and regulations, without prejudice to the Cardholder’s right to seek further recourse under applicable laws and regulations.
12. Offer is valid for round-trip travel from the Philippines (Manila, Cebu, Clark, Iloilo, Davao) to or via Singapore on Singapore Airlines and Scoot flights.
13. Currency conversion will be subject to bank or card association.
14. Advertised all-in fares include the price of the air ticket as well associated taxes, except Philippine travel tax correct as of 10 May 2026, and other applicable fees. Terminal fee may vary for flights originating from Cebu.
15. No child discount. Infant without seat is 10% of adult fare.
16. Ticket validity, minimum stay and maximum stay after departure from origin as stated in the fare table above.
17. For Premium Economy Class fares, the travel between the Philippines (Manila/Cebu) and Singapore will be on Economy Class while the travel between Singapore the advertised destination will be on Premium Economy Class.
18. For codeshare flights operated by Scoot, Singapore Airlines’ fare conditions will apply for flight cancellations or re-bookings.
19. Fares are non-refundable and are priced round-trip per passenger, unless otherwise stated.
20. Fares are subject to seat availability, flight restrictions, and currency fluctuation.
21. Promotional fares may be combined with regular fares. Strictest rules apply.
22. Fares and promotions may be changed without prior notice.
23. Fare rules and ticket restrictions of regular fares apply.
24. Stopover in Singapore is not allowed.
25. Tickets issued under this promotion enable passengers to earn KrisFlyer miles. Passengers have to quote their KrisFlyer membership number upon booking.
26. Passengers shall ensure they have the proper documentation to depart/ enter/ or transit through their destination. Singapore Airlines, Scoot, and relevant promotion partners shall not be held responsible for any refunds or any associated costs if the passenger shall be denied entry to a country or is not allowed to transit through a destination.
27. Offers are not convertible to cash and are not for re-sale. Any activity involving the offers will be deemed fraudulent and will be charged to the customer.
28. Service fees shall apply for transactions made through the Reservations hotline and participating travel agents.

Get up to Php 5,000 cash rebate when you book your Singapore Airlines tickets with your EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Mastercard
1. The promo is open to all active EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Platinum and World Mastercard cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing*.
2. Promo Period is from April 15 – June 15, 2026.
3. Cardholders may get up to Php 5,000 cash rebate when they book Singapore Airlines tickets during the promo period and will be eligible to receive the Cash Rebate of:

6. Payment must be made using an eligible EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Platinum or World Mastercard to avail of the Offer.
7. The Cash Rebate shall be credited to the Cardholder’s EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer World Mastercard or EastWest Platinum Mastercard within ninety (90) working days from the transaction posting date, subject to validation and provided the account remains in good credit standing.
8. Promo cannot be exchanged for other items or discount privileges and cannot be availed in conjunction with other promotions, and partner’s VIP/Mem. bership privileges, and is non-transferable, non-convertible to cash, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
9 Issues related to the Singapore Airlines transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Singapore Airlines Ltd.
10. EastWest makes no representation for Singapore Airlines. While all feedback regarding the quality of goods and services must be directed to Singapore Airlines, this does not limit the Cardholder’s rights regarding the security and integrity of the financial transaction facilitated by EastWest.
11. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest and Singapore Airlines. In case of disputes relating to the Promo, the decision of EastWest and Singapore Airlines shall be conclusive with the concurrence of DTI, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
12. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo, as well as the Terms and Conditions of the EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer World Mastercard and EastWest Platinum Mastercard.
13. All other provisions in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards which are consistent herewith are incorporated herein by reference.

CONVERT-TO-INSTALLMENT for EASTWEST SINGAPORE AIRLINES KRISFLYER MASTERCARD via EastWest Customer Service
- 1. The Promo is open to all EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Platinum or World Mastercard Cardholders (“Cardholders”) in good credit standing.*
- 2. EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Platinum or World Mastercard Cardholders can avail of 6-months 0% Convert-to-Installment (CTI) from April 15 to June 15, 2026. Only purchases and CTI applications received within the said promo period shall be processed.
- 3. The CTI promo allows the Cardholder to convert only his/her new Singapore Airlines (SIA) ticket retail purchases to installment. Transactions may include purchases from Singapore Airlines through singaporeair.com and the SingaporeAir mobile app, SIA reservations hotline at +632 8539 4588 for Manila or via the toll-free number 1800 1888 4588 for Cebu, and travel agencies forming part of the Cardholder's latest Statement of Account (SOA) and/ or the Cardholder's current unbilled retail transactions. Cash Advance transactions, monthly amortizations of other installment programs and transactions already forming part of the Cardholder's revolving balance are not eligible for the CTI Promo.
- 4. The minimum amount eligible for conversion to installment is Php 50,000.
- 5. The Cardholder may be required to submit proof of Singapore Airlines ticket for purchases from travel agencies.
- 6. The transaction amount can be paid via 6-month installment term at 0% interest:

7. To apply, the Cardholder can call EastWest customer service hotline at (+632) 8888-1700.
8. The Cardholder acknowledges that the CTI application will be subject to evaluation and approval.**
9. The Cardholder likewise acknowledges that the CTI application is based on his/her instructions and has no implication on his/her relationship with any establishment.
10. Cardholder must allow at least five (5) banking days for the processing of the CTI application.
11. Upon approval of the CTI application, the fixed monthly installment amount will be billed to the Cardholder's EastWest Credit Card account on his/her next and succeeding SOAs until the CTI availment is fully paid.
12. A processing fee of Php 1,000 will be charged for each approved application.
13. EastWest retains the discretion to approve or reject the Cardholder's CTI application and, if such application is denied, EastWest has no obligation to furnish the Cardholder a notice or reason for such rejection. In case the CTI application is denied, applicable finance charges, if any, shall be imposed.
14. The Cardholder's EastWest Credit Card account must be active and current. Should the Cardholder's EastWest Credit Card account be suspended, cancelled, or not renewed or should the Cardholder fail to make payments or otherwise breach or violate the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards, all unpaid CTI availments, as well as the entire outstanding balance in the Cardholder's EastWest Credit Card account, shall immediately become due and demandable.
15. In case of partial payment by the Cardholder of the installment amount, the unpaid balance shall incur the usual finance charges imposed on revolving accounts in accordance with the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
16. If the Cardholder pays the installment amount in full per month but has an outstanding or revolving balance on his/her previous/other purchases, said installment amount under the program shall likewise incur finance charges.
17. Any and all finance charges already imposed upon the Cardholder's total outstanding balance or any part thereof to be converted into installment, whether the same consists of the Cardholder's previous balance and/or new purchases/transactions, will not be adjusted, refunded or credited back to the Cardholder upon approval of the CTI application.
18. In case of pre-termination, the Cardholder agrees to pay an Installment Pre-termination Processing Fee equivalent to 5% of the remaining principal balance or Php 500, whichever is higher.
19. The Cardholder may cancel or pre-terminate his/her CTI application without being charged or imposed a pre-termination fee if the cancellation or pre-termination is made within two (2) banking days from date of application.
20. This promo offer is non-transferable.
21. The Cardholder shall continue to be bound by and comply with the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards which are incorporated herein by reference and of which he/she was furnished copies by EastWest, as well as the Terms and Conditions of the CTI Promo.
22. All questions and disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest. The decisions of EastWest on all matters relating to the promo shall be final and binding with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”).
* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
