Double Your Welcome Miles

1. This Promo is open to new EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Platinum Mastercard Principal Cardholders (“Cardholder”) who have applied through the EastWest Bank branches/stores or via the exclusive Application Link (ewbank.cc/EWSIAKFAcqui2026), or the EastWest Bank website. Application sourced from other channels shall not qualify for this promo. 
2. Promo period is from March 15 to May 15, 2026.
3. To be eligible for the Promo, the applicant must complete the EastWest Credit Card application form and documentary requirements within the promo period, and be subsequently approved within the same period. 
4. All credit card applications are subject to EastWest’s evaluation, policies and procedures. Applications are subject to EastWest’s final credit card approval and credit card terms and conditions. 
5. Qualified and approved EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Platinum Mastercard Principal Cardholders will receive additional Welcome Bonus KrisFlyer Miles if the following conditions are met below: 

6. This promo is open to new-to-bank EastWest credit cardholders. The EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Platinum Mastercard credit cards issued as a client’s second card (or beyond) will not be qualified for the Double Your Welcome Miles promo.
7. Transactions not qualified in the accumulated spending includes but are not limited to the following: local cash advance, quasi-cash, gaming, gambling, online trading and other related transactions, Insta-Cash, Balance Transfer and Convert-to-Installment transactions, refunded, disputed, unauthorized or fraudulent transactions, annual membership fees, penalties, and other fees and charges.
8. The additional Welcome Bonus KrisFlyer miles will be credited to the Cardholder’s KrisFlyer account linked to the qualified EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Platinum Mastercard within 90 days from reaching the required accumulated spend as long as the credit card account is in good credit standing*. 
9. The KrisFlyer miles will only be valid for three (3) years from the date on which it is credited into the recipient’s KrisFlyer account, and no extensions will be permitted.
10. The KrisFlyer miles must be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the KrisFlyer program.

12. Promo cannot be exchanged for other items or discount privileges and cannot be availed in conjunction with other promotions, and partner’s VIP/Membership privileges.
13. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder's eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by EastWest and Singapore Airlines. In case of disputes relating to the Promo, the decision of EastWest and Singapore Airlines shall be conclusive with the concurrence of DTI. 
14. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to the mechanics of the promo, as well as the Terms and Conditions of the EastWest Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Mastercard. 
15. Terms and conditions indicated in the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Card shall apply. 

* Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are not delinquent, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, those whose EastWest Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of EastWest Credit Cards.
